Daily Post Limit

I personally think they do this to limit the forum rewards, but in some point I wished there was no limit in posts or replies on a daily basis. I would rather see the rewards capped to a certain amount of posts according to your status. I personally think people should have the ability to post unlimited amounts of post daily but they should just cap the forum reward to 10 -20 -..... post depending on your status

i personally think it should stay as it is as prevents forum being overrun with spam and stops forum reward abuse to be honest:o

Yes! Although what they are applying now is lessening it per post for the day is not quite effective since some still complains with the daily post restrictions. As if they can contribute 100 quality posts per day lol.

I think posts made in the promotions (especially the unofficial) thread & posts made to support some of our favourite Stake streamers shouldn’t count towards the daily post count. 

Not too big of an issue, but I’ve been scarred once when I hit the 20 daily post limit (over-enthusiastic about the free satoshi) and was unable to take part in one of the giveaways because of that! 😂

Have learned to be more frugal with my posts after that...

I always thought before Hero status (1,000 posts), there should be another in-between rank for those that have managed to reach member but are not involved on a day-in, day-our basis which is almost necessary to hit Hero. 

What are your thoughts on this?

I'm the future you a noob support. On the first day of registration, I entered a dialogue on the forum, as it was not convenient when I was told that I had reached the limit... And message my opponent remained empty

@ceastem I have confirmed that sending a PM on the forum still counts as a post. It is so strange that it hasn't been fixed yet, because I sent a bunch of PM's to users, and I reached my max post limit for the first time in ages lol. Here's the original post I made about it:

For you it must be a way bigger problem than most people... it’s a good thing that you’re at Hero rank and have a daily post limit of 30(?) which is 10 more than most players with a Member status. 

I realised that your thread was made in Oct 3rd and the issue has not been resolved yet. Yet with the recent survey on removing PM(s), there might not be a need to even fix this issue in the near future as it won’t exist. 😁

I think for now the limit post is good, so there is a bonus if you do a lot of posts and usually if a new member is given a post a lot will have an impact on spam because you don't know too much about rules

well there are days when u cant think of any thing and you only reply like 5 times in one day but theres those days when 20 is too small for you.I think they should make the weekly post limmit so like noobs-75 posts weekly and members-150 weekly.

yea good idea  but unfortunately  so many people will try and abuse it especially for the forums rewards

Ah ok. Thought it was 10 posts a day until you reach 100 posts. Didnt know members inwhich you still need to do a 100 posts were still limited to 20 posts.

You have to earn your way into the respected users to reach a certain limit  

Proof yourself you are worth, making the forum more active and help the community understanding more about anything related with both Crypto and Stake.

Also lookout for building some quality content.

it definitely took some getting used to, seeing that i wasn't usually big on sparking convo's with random ppl back in the day, but would like to commit myself to this community a little more. Also, i think that your casino rank should also be reflected on the forum, for example; im a VIP member at the casino, but says im a Noob here. that part doesn't really make sense to me.

Not only this but you are also making the forum more alive, thus this Community more active and making Stake a better Gambling Casino.

Some other Casinos are also jealous about how much activity our Forum has.

The post limits are ok due to spammers and eventually newbie accounts as alt ones.

ya but its annoying when you're trying to resolve a ticket with the forums admin that you cant even send a message when you're maxed out.

Have you guys ever got frustrated cause all of a sudden there appears ' you reached your maximum amount of posts for 24 hours'?

In my opinion this sucks and stake should really consider to unlimit the amount of post you can do every 24 hour. I know they probably have a 24 hour postlimit so you cannot abuse the forum reward system, but I think this could be solved very easily.

I have never seen a forum before in my life that limit your amount of daily post. I know this is different because stake gives forum rewards but I think they should easily be able to solve this issue. 

My suggestion to stake is to set the amount of post to unlimited but build in the software that only the 20 first post within a 24 hour timeframe are rewarded. In this way the forum reward system stays the same but it would be so much better if there are no limits on the amounts of posts. For example I received 2 PM on the forum yesterday but because I has reached my daily limit I wasn't able to reply them and had to wait for 24 hours before being able to

Sadly, PMs are still counted as posts, I don't know why but it has been suggested long ago to remove it on counted posts as well as the giveaways sections. I fully understand your frustrations on this part.

About the limits on posts, I actually kinda like it the way it is (of course except the PMsbeing counted) but the amount is reasonable enough if you just plan to have discussions or reply to some posts here.It's not like we need to comment on every thread here, and most of them doesn't even need our comments.

10 posts for beginners are enough since they should read more first than post more.

20 posts for non beginners but not that active is quite enough for those that only visit here occasionally.

and 30 posts for those that actually spends most time here, updated on different topics, knows which posts gets repeated, and such is  actually fair since they will have more things to input. (not saying the other tiers don't have good inputs)

Also, I don't remember the time I last got my max forum count flag and I'm pretty much always here. So other than the PMs, I don't think you'll max it out daily. Maybe shift to chatting in stake chat instead?

i get your point but the reason they have a limit is because they get abusers of the system which ruins it for everyone but thats just how life works tbf though it would be cool if they made the limit a bit bigger but awell

I agree with this idea, we can use the Forum as a means of expressing feelings, opinions, knowledge that we have and strategies. If the paid limit has been exhausted, then the post that will continue will not be paid (but can still participate in discussions and send PM to others) While waiting for the deadline to return for 24 hours

really does not suck,, is limited because there will be some players in abusing the reward system,, is not abusing is basically over use of the resource that is provided for us.. is like using the faucet.. now i think i know why i might suck, because some people usually go for the entire limit which is 10 or 15,, so i will come and go just like that and wait 24 hours before you can do another one, well if  you knew how to manage the usage of it., it can go on for many hours. i conserve mines,, use here and there,, and make it count,,
