Increase rain/tips limits

Hello everyone! As you noticed we got update today and minimum rain to send is 1k sats to 25 people (40 sats to each one) and it brung a lot of spam in the chat already. This is the worst update you could make because it’s absolutely weird to get 0.00000040 BTC. People making it massively and you can’t even read normal messages in the chat. I’m sure everyone will vote for returning old limits and I also wanted to ask increase tips limits and make them like on Primedice so it will be fair.

I think about the rain minimum update it also affects coin ltc but not ... I hope the stake also changes the minimum rain ltc from 0.01 to 0.05

Everyone is now raining 40 sats to everyone. It is the funniest thing ever! My rain log is filled with 40 sats rains form all sorts of random users  It just makes spam in the chat in my opinion.

I think it's OK to rain small amounts in the chat, but maybe limit it to do it either once an hour or having to increase it if you want to let it rain multiple times (until a certain limit).

I wonder what was the decision making behind decreasing the limit. 

Promote more activity? Weed out the spammers?

I also think that probably there are some reasons for this. Maybe this is a temporary decrease in limits. But the rain in 40 satoshi is ridiculous. And more like spam.

I want to hear a good reason from the staff for this update to understand them.I see that staff always complain about spam! This update is for more spam! What is this paradox ?

Didn't even know that this is possible. Totally aggree with you, that's annoying and causes a lot of spam. I wonder why some users reply ''thanks'' to these rains. 😜

for now, there can be fewer people who are targeted at people who often chat just to get rain, I think it's a good idea from the stake for the rain hunters

hmmmm so far what I know. this is the most weird update I have played here. 40 satoshi to make chat spam is not a good and interesting thing

It seems to have increased activity, but also bring about spamming the function. People are raining 1k sats so often now. Look, it is free money, but it really isn't a lot lol. I would rather get less rains, at a higher amount

I still do not experience discomfort in chat with small rains. Maybe I managed to convince my chat that it is senseless spam and make it rain from a penny, it's just a game in kindergarten. But given the news about the possible increase in the price of coins .... maybe it will be relevant ... who knows)

i got muted for thanking a rain with 0.00000040 btc , they said i spammed oh well, my fault for receiving the rain. Instead mute the rainer that spammed 1000 x 25 3 times in a row.

... and I thought we talked about the reason you got muted and I made clear the reasons were different.

 

Back to topic: I also think there should be put a second thought about it.

now since that happen you have special people that never rained b4 assuming it  might be funny to rain those 1k sats. not instead of beggars sayinhg ty to rain bot..you got them a new way to annoy people.. change the update is just ridiculous.. it wont take long before it really gets out of hand..

Well, both are a reason to get muted. I guess the guy who did the rain, just got a warning since there isn't any rule for that. I mean, he could get muted by spamming it 5-10 times. Thanking rainbot is the main reason you getting muted.

Hey,This is cuse the price rised up but whe the price falls they dont increas.

I hate the new min tip its kinda like a faucet or more spesific wastelest.They should hade left it as it was and change back the eth  prize on tg giweaways too.
