Personally, I use services of the mobilesms.io guys after I read their article about different scenarios of using sms verification codes https://mobilesms.io/2019/06/how-to-receive-sms-online-with-new-numbers-mobilesms-io/, because they do everything fastly - they give me phone number, I enter it in the verification form, they get the verification code and send verification code me and all this takes about 30 seconds. Profit

But some are instead taking super high fees, you would have to watch out too. I would suggest paxful.com or coinify if you want to buy bitcoin without ID.

You do not need to be verified to create an account but to execute some p2p trades the seller sometimes requires an id verification. So I dont think there actually is a real way to buy BTC without verification. Maybe if you buy directly from a BTC atm. I know in my country only a id verification to buy on a BTC atm is only required from a certain amount
