I know there is nothing called actual profit in gambling as this game is a game of chance. It also depend on the time frame to achieve that profit.

Any idea on how many bets are we talking about when describing “in the long run”? I’m sure you understand the house edge is taken from a sample size of a huge range of numbers possibly involving millions or even, billions of bets. Since there is no way a single person can effectively make all those bets, it’s technically possible for someone to still win as the variance at the beginning usually goes off the charts... and only slowly converges towards the true house edge.

That post Eddie made was only for the PM's on Stake, not forum Pm's if I read it correctly. And since 95% of the people are against removing PM's, I highly doubt it will go away (unless Stake want to lose customers/players).

But in my opinion in casino gambling it will never be possible. eventually every long term player will end up in loss cause of the house edge. Thats why I play more poker and place very much sport bets. In both you can decrease the luck factor by studying and using special software to increase your chances to win. Even in sport betting there are ways to make guaranteed profits.
