What are some of your favourite go-to patterns or numbers that you pick? 

For me I’ve had success with these patterns that have once gave me huge multipliers!

I dont have a pattern but only have a number and they are 13 5 12 14 21 these numbers are very lucky for me and hit every time

I usually just choose random titles. I believe the seed pair just chooses completely random titles to, so I think my winning chances are much better if I randomly select as opposed to choosing a pattern. Just my thoughts.

When I choose to use a pattern on keno I have a certain one that I like and it's a pattern than I think @Darko used when he made a weekly challenge like a year ago. 

It is a square right in the middle using the numbers  11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 22, 27, 28, 29, & 30.

It has brought a lot of wins  for me over the past year.

The first two patterns will give you divine intervention to win? haha kidding.

Anyways, my best pattern is 123456. You can never guess how often those numbers pop up! Although not 6 at once, but still quite good at returns in total!

I usually play numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 12, 19, 26, & 33 on keno but sometimes I'll just play 3 numbers usually they are 1, 2, & 9 or 1, 10, & 19

my favorite patterns are the xfile patter, or just some random numbers at the top, like 3-4-6-7-8 

i got a few hits on them picking only numbers on the first line

My favourite pattern is only to play a random number with risk "hight" . I normally win in a roll multiple plays and its a x4

my favourite keno pattern is , 9,3,4,6,20,27,228,22,38 and 30 on high risk always gave me good results:)

Sorry mate, I go random with the keno bish.  Once in a while I set the same pattern, but mostly I choose different.  Maybe what I do is to put most of the numbers (Usually take 10 numbers) together, I don`t spread in all the array; gives some good results.  Good Luck.

My favorite pattern in Keno looks like letter "K" in numbers 9, 11, 17, 18, 25, and 27. I always play it in medium settings and hit 180x few times already. Still waiting for the time to hit all six numbers for 710x though.

My favourite pattern on keno is: 1,2,4,12,16,22,32,36,39,40
Seems to work the most and gives the best results!

When i play keno, i hand pick 8 tiles usually at random. the result as of late is a whole wack of 270x hits. as well my biggest multiplier came with this bet:

my favourite keno pattern is 33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40medium

I also play some similar patterns to the crosses you've shown.  Sometimes I play "W" patterns as well.  I don't have any certain numbers for the patterns, I just move the cross or W pattern around on the tiles from time to time.

I do not have a pattern. However I do go for specific numbers. Which are... 19, 21, 27, 29, 35 , 36 , 37.

I don`t know, maybe I will change my mind about patterns.  I like Keno very much, graphics are so friendly.  I am testing a pattern for all my keno gambling set ups, from low to high and always for 10 numbers.  This, if I have good results, will be my Keno pattern for 10 numbers no matter difficulty.  I am trying it right now, I will keep you updated.  Good luck.

This pattern works out for me a lot but you should switch out the two not in the corners if they're not hitting very often. Otherwise I might do 1,2,3,4,5 as I've hit 390x loads of times with that pattern. But lately I've just been using auto pick and then remove a few because I don't like playing with 10 numbers since all 10 will never come out anyways.

While there are many, many pattern drafting techniques you can use in turning your basic block into a stunning fashion, there are a few basics that you'll use again and again.

Manipulating darts - to move them where ever you want them, or change them into attractive shaping seams - and "slashing and spreading" your pattern to add fullness are two of the most commonly used methods of drafting a pattern.
