So recently, over the past month I'd say, I have noticed that support members, most notable TAG THEM, doing trivias, roll hunts, general chatting and cracking jokes with the normal Stake members. I want to acknowledge and appreciate the support members that do this, I remember in the past you almost never saw support in the chat. It is awesome that they are doing this! Have you guys also noticed this trend of support popping into the chat fairly often nowadays, or just me? Let me know!

I like seeing support participating in the chat. It shows that the team likes to be engaged with the other site members, while also reassuring members that they are readily available to help if needed. Overall, it looks great for the site. Stake has an awesome support team, for sure..

I do agree, I can really see the effort going into making the community and atmosphere at Stake better for everyone! I am really glad Stake is realizing the importance of keeping their members engaged. So far they are doing a great job!

artizykristy Posted June 11, 2019 #11 Posted June 11, 2019 actually from odd stake there are some support who often come to chat rooms to just give tips to stakers or mods to make rh but lately it's true as you say even I see support more often joking in chat rooms and also support coming to chat rooms just asking for the best vacation spot in the country
polor12 Posted June 11, 2019 #12 Posted June 11, 2019 they have been active is just that for the past couple week there has been a couple support staff are more in chat then the rest.. dont need to mention as we players already know whose voices been active.. they really dont need to do it.. but they wanted to..pretty much is a great thing to get to know the players and players get to know the support staff.. either way best to know the support and best way for the players to get involve.. so this separates the other casinos.. dont you think

Not just because of the free money they give away by rollhunts/trivias but also because they are sooo friendly. This may prove that they are not just friendly on the live support section, but also in real life it's actually a good thing to have. When I worked in customer service before, most of my colleagues have different attitudes while talking with customers and a different one too when he's out of the office. People like them always end up being cranky every time the shift ends due to tough problems that the customer talked about. Anyway, to cut the story short, supports here are nice not just in work but in reality as well unlike the others that just put up a deceiving front for the customers.

Kate Posted June 12, 2019 #17 Posted June 12, 2019 Well it had certainly improved but not a lot but it had gone from line 2% to 30% which is not small and quite big but they have tickets to deal with but they still try their best to be in chat which is impressive.

It was so much fun. It's so nice to see them in chat again . #StakeSupportStaffIsAwesome!

I don't know of any other casino where this happens unless you are a VIP in that casino

It makes work much more enjoyable and shifts go by super fast. Of course, there are days when work doesn't allow us to be there as much as we would like but we try to make up for it as soon as possible. Outside work and during work we are pretty much the same, constant jokes and pranks, never a dull moment and I am here for almost two years now. Best colleagues ever and amazing people that you just can't get enough. Thank you all for being active in chat and for making it a place to be! Much love, Stake support team. ❤️
