Sportsbook Support Darko Posted June 13, 2019 Sportsbook Support #1 Posted June 13, 2019 I am pretty sure there are quite a few football (soccer) fans among users in Stake. I personally enjoy not only watching football but also transfers of players in most major leagues, big clubs that are spending over 100 million euros per transfer window trying to improve squad and attack all the trophies in the upcoming season. How about you? Do you follow at least your favorite club? With upcoming release of sportsbetting here in Stake I thought it could be useful to have some of the information about some big transfers and of course transfers of your local clubs. You know, getting some head start and potentially finding good market value for some of the bets early in the season. I can start with some of the transfers I saw made by Real Madrid, they bought Hazard and Luka Jovic upfront and are reportedly targeting Pogba from Manchester United to bolster midfield. Also they bought Mendy (from Lyon) and Militao (from Porto) to make their defense better as well. They already spent around 330 million euros and they doesn't look like stopping. Their arch rivals Barcelona should finalize transfer of Antoine Grizman from A. Madrid for 120 millions. So far they completed Frenkie De Jong from AJax and are trying to bring De Light as well from Ajax. Both are amazing young talents and my personal opinion that they would fit in well with Barca's attacking style of play.
Bimfo Posted June 13, 2019 #2 Posted June 13, 2019 I am a Chelsea fan, and I am tired of my team. You gave a manager to build the team last season, and you gave him a target, he met the target and now you want to send him away after you sold your best players for 6 years to Madrid. Now our 1st league match is against Manchester United. Though, I don rate United, I will still put the odds on them to beat Chelsea. We are serving a transfer ban from FIFA even after we appealed to FIFA and to the Football court. Yesterday was a session at the court and the issue of Chelsea was not read by the court. We have signed Pulisic ad we have some youngsters (Whom are currently out on injuries). But can Pulisic carry the team on its back? That's a very big question. I really want them to lift of the ban and let Chelsea my beloved team do some real transfers with the money gotten from Hazard's sale. PS: Real Madrid are going crazy. Someone must stop them!!! And actually, R.Madrid is the pinnacle of club football.
williamshennie9 Posted June 14, 2019 #3 Posted June 14, 2019 For sure I have a favorite club, and that would be Manchester United I only watch sport for fun though, nd I have never really betted on Sports, so I am looking super forward to the new sportsbook on Stake
Sportsbook Support Darko Posted June 15, 2019 Author Sportsbook Support #4 Posted June 15, 2019 Chelsea is indeed in a tough spot with transfer ban but they have a ton of players sent out on loans all around the Europe so maybe they can find there someone who can replace Hazard a bit, doubt that anyone can really replace him as he was indeed the best player for years. As for the coach - Chelsea is notoriously famous for sacking them rather often and not giving them enough time or patience. Hopefully that will change soon as it is hard for players to get accustomed to one style and couple months later to get to know new coach and his methods. It is like starting all over again every year for them. Manchester United will have to bolster their squad immensely if they are to compete for Champions league position next season, it will be easier with Chelsea probably going out of the picture with transfer ban. Still there will be City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham that will compete for that 4 places. I think they need to resolve issue with De Gea as soon as possible, his contract will expire at the end of next season. And I think it is not good when your best player is goalkeeper, that has to be changed asap. Pogba wants out and I would look in their place how to sell him to Real Madrid for several players, heard that Navas/Bale plus couple more are available on the market there and could be good additions for Manchester. Manchester sent bids for several English younger players in the Premier League, will see who will actually be bought as they need a total rebuild.
Sportsbook Support Darko Posted June 19, 2019 Author Sportsbook Support #5 Posted June 19, 2019 Not sure how many players will Barcelona sell but if they want to get any value out of Suarez they will have to sell him now. Not sure it will happen as I think they are buying Grizman to play as third attacking option with Suarez and Messi in starting 11. They still need to bring good players in defense as I am not convinced that current ones are good enough for Barca. There are off course rumors that Barca is also looking into bringing back Neymar which would be viable option if they sell Suarez and Dembele as PSG will ask for 200 millions at least. Still their top target has to be De Light from Ajax as he is 19 years old and amazing defender, lots of talent there, he can be among the top ones in the world with proper development. As for Tottenham they had to stay away from buying players due to new stadium they were building, I expect them to act as Arsenal did for the couple of years after they built Emirates, buy unknown players that are talented and develop them into stars. Eriksen is looking into leaving, Kane is always interesting to top teams, Aldervweild might join Manchester United if they decide to strengthen their defensive line. They still have one of the most talented squads in England so I doubt they will drop bellow 4-5th position since they still have Pochetino as a coach. If he leaves it will be hard finding good replacement.
