Seleneelen Posted 4 hours ago #26 Posted 4 hours ago I just set a hard limit on time or spins before I even open the game and treat it like any other routine task, no different than folding laundry. Once the alarm goes off I close the tab without checking the balance, because lingering there is where the bad choices start.
hollowanvi Posted 4 hours ago #27 Posted 4 hours ago I just treat it like a repetitive task and focus on something else, a book or a shwo in the background, so I’m not staring at the screen waiting for a result.
wrenalesse Posted 3 hours ago #28 Posted 3 hours ago I get the idea behind "every session is different" but I find that focusing too much on that makes me restless, like I'm just waiting for a pattern that never comes. I stay calmer by treating the whole thing as a single continuous run instead of segmenting it.
homoumen Posted 2 hours ago #29 Posted 2 hours ago Do you ever set a hard time limit to keep your fous in check
vaeleon92 Posted 2 hours ago #30 Posted 2 hours ago distracting yourself beats trying to feel zen about it any day tbh
Zexori Posted 1 hour ago #32 Posted 1 hour ago I get what you maen but I find the whole "trust the process" thing makes me feel more out of control honestly.
