Pirat Posted 19 hours ago #1 Posted 19 hours ago Staying patient is important. I try not to make quick decisions and remind myself that every session is different. What helps you stay calm?
trasynie Posted 16 hours ago #2 Posted 16 hours ago ngl ngl i just lower teh stakes and take a quick break when i feel tilted, helps a ton bro ?
kaiw0301o Posted 5 hours ago #4 Posted 5 hours ago yeah i just gotta remind myself it's a marathon not a sprint lol ?
sandki Posted 4 hours ago #5 Posted 4 hours ago I keep a little stress ball on my desk and when I catch myself overthinking a bet I just squeeze it for a few seconds before clicking, weird but it works.
Zyxon Posted 4 hours ago #6 Posted 4 hours ago I actually set a timer for 15 minutes and force myself to stand up and stretch no matter whats happening on screen, even if I'm on a winning streak. Sounds dumb but the physical reset stops me from spiraling into that zone where I forget to blink and start clicking like a zombie.
homoorlyn6 Posted 2 hours ago #7 Posted 2 hours ago i jusst shut the chat window completly when i feel my pulse go up, that alone makes it way quieter in my head

Hyde Posted 2 hours ago #22 Posted 2 hours ago Saying calm and let nature have it way I will say so far
Obinna43 Posted 1 hour ago #24 Posted 1 hour ago By being positive in all my thoughts and hoping for the best
Shredra Posted 1 hour ago #25 Posted 1 hour ago I lean more towards distracting myslf with something else entirely rather than just trusting the universe, because sitting there watching every spin just makes me overthink it.
