Honestly, the simplest one that stuck with me was to treat every bet like you've already lost the money, it changes how you size things. Do you find that mindset actually holds up for you when you're on a heater though?

My uncle once told me to log every single bet no matter how small, and honestly seeing the raw numbers really slaps you awake about your habits.

Honestly i get why ppl say don't chase losses but its not always that blak and white, sometimes you see a clear spot late and backing off kills long term edge more then a small chase does if your data is solid. Just think folowing rigid rules blindly can be its own trap ya know

the most useful one i ever got was to stop looking at bets in terms of money and start thinking in units, it keeps the emotions a bit more detached

Someone told me to never bet when Im tiired or in a bad mood and that has saved me more than any stat model honestly. My personal take is treating it like an expense line in my budget not a hustle made the whole thing way less stressfull.

I always found it weird that nobody talks abouut the "why" behind a tip you receive, like half the time the logic doesn't even fit how you personally pick games so you just blindly follow something that was never built for you.
