yechin Posted July 11 #1 Posted July 11 NFL preseason is kicking off soon, and I’m looking at the lines. It feels like the bookies are literally just guessing on these spreads because nobody knows which 3rd-string quarterback is going to play the second half. For the sharp bettors here, do you actually find an edge fading the public in the preseason, or is betting on a game where the starters play exactly one drive a complete waste of crypto?
sydneyora Posted July 11 #2 Posted July 11 yeah most of it feels like random noise but sometimes you can catch a line on a team that actually cares about evaluating depth vs one that just wants to get the bus home without injuries. i only throw pocket change at it tho honestly not worth trying to biuld a model around a 4th quarter full of guys who will be cut tuesday
Caidennhughest Posted July 22 #4 Posted July 22 (edited) Preseason spreads are a mess, so keeping stakes tiny is smart. For structured picks that focus on matchups and avoid public bias, I check NFLPoolPicks.net for their free contests and weekly advice. It helped me track my choices without risking real money, and the strategy tips made the noise a lot easier to handle. Edited 3 hours ago by Caidennhughest
