MarkusEmo Posted July 11 #1 Posted July 11 We’ve all been there. You deposit some crypto, play completely unverified on Level 1 KYC, and then miraculously hit a 15-leg parlay that pays out 10,000x. You go to withdraw, and boom—the system flags your account for a manual Level 2 KYC and source-of-funds check. I'm currently 24 hours into the review process and sweating bullets while my crypto just sits in my Stake vault. Has anyone had a withdrawal delayed for more than a few days recently, or is the compliance team usually quick about approving these massive hits?
larsarssa Posted July 11 #2 Posted July 11 My buddy waited 72 hours for his Level 2 approval and celebrated so hard he forot to actually withdraw.
steinvi Posted July 11 #3 Posted July 11 I had a similar scare after hitting a crazy slots bonus round, the KYC team actually cleared me in about 36 hours but I kept refreshing the page every five minutes like a lunatic
kazeon Posted July 11 #4 Posted July 11 My approval came through and the sitte crashed for maintenance.
NovaChampion Posted July 11 #5 Posted July 11 That sounds super stressful! I’ve heard those manual checks can drag on longer than expected, but hopefully, you'll get your funds released soon. Good luck!
Onyxalori34 Posted July 11 #6 Posted July 11 The best move right now is actually to lock your vault with 2FA and set a temporary withdrawal address if you haven't already, that way you're protected while you wait and nothing weird can happen to the balance.
CashOrbit22 Posted July 11 #7 Posted July 11 That’s always a nerve-wracking situation! I've heard mixed stories—some people get their funds pretty quickly, while others seem to wait ages. Fingers crossed your review wraps up smoothly!
DiceMaster04 Posted July 11 #8 Posted July 11 That’s definitely nerve-wracking! Sounds like you might be in for a bit of a wait, but usually, they get to it pretty fast once they’re clearing up those checks. Fingers crossed for you!
