I don't tend to get physical or do any acts of violence. I tend to just blame myself for either betting too much or making stupid choices in the games I played.

I regret that I did that up to this day since it was the major cause of my negatives. I haven't doe anything else worse than that though like destroying laptops, phones, etc. But I see myself goingthere someday. HAHA

Chasing losses is never good. I have never broke or destroyed anything after losing though. I guess I like having stuff too much to actually go through with destroying or breaking my things lol. I know that I also don't always have the kind of money to be replacing my belongings either though. I'll admit, I do have multiple laptops, so I could get away with breaking a few and still have something to play on, but I'm kind of an electronics geek and like having all of them lol. 😋

Would be more expensive than my gambled away money, you just really have to control your anger, it's just the way to gamble I guess, if you cant control your anger, just don't gamble if you can make horrifying stuff happen etc. all of my friends who can gamble control their anger just perfectly when losing money in a casino, you just gotta prepare mentally for casinos, doesn't matter either real life or online.

I have many time getting frustration in gambling and obviously that im suck at control myself ... so one of time i pissed off lost all balance for the accident i threw my phone into the wall and have to change the screen 75$ . That is worst for me till now , and that really is not good image for me , but i am learning self-control , i am more calm now . Even that sometime i still upset 😡 but not threw my fone away anymore then i have to pay for it .... lol

But one time I did something rly stupid after I lost very much (250€+)... I went out and got sooo fucking drunk, the next 2 days I couldn't get up. There was no way But to be honest: I don't drink. Actually I fucking hate alcohol. XD
