Kate Posted June 25, 2019 #1 Posted June 25, 2019 Ok i just dont get this . Stake has a lovely forum right ? Where they reward people and hold many charities and donations and giveaways right ? Well i was thinking why not use it for official announcement and changes that happens in the site ? Like for example when stake got faster speed they didnt announce about it in the forum but on their social media and i guess on their medium blog. Like why not announce them in the forum too ? Or give a moderator to do it ? So that would be a good way to update the players on the changes that has taken place in the site ? What do you guys think about it ?
cointikka Posted June 25, 2019 #2 Posted June 25, 2019 There are users who do not necessarily be part of the forum. The best place for all announcement is Social media. Like every tweet gets displayed in the forum as well as on their telegram channel. You just need to keep an eye on their twitter timeline. Separately they can also use the announcement channel in the forum. Still I think it is not required 😀
rajamishra Posted June 25, 2019 #3 Posted June 25, 2019 its true they announce in social media for whole not for stake users, still we have a earlier notified in forum announcement to prepare for updates.all most all participate in forum.
faenk Posted June 25, 2019 #4 Posted June 25, 2019 I agree with you, it would be a good idea to make announcements on the forum
Aazzah Posted June 25, 2019 #5 Posted June 25, 2019 I kind of agree but at the same time I don't. Some people don't really use the forum but yeah it would be a good idea to keep it all in one place I think.
williamshennie9 Posted June 25, 2019 #6 Posted June 25, 2019 They have improved though, I remember when they didn't make any announcements, then only announced it on twitter, and now they are suing the forum. So progress is being made, luckily
yololife222 Posted June 25, 2019 #7 Posted June 25, 2019 I think if they do that that would maby make a lot of spam and they dont want that to happen. I dont know theres alredy two ways they anounc it on discord and telegram.
CntryBoy Posted June 25, 2019 #8 Posted June 25, 2019 It is true that social media is probably the place to reach most members as far as important happenings here on Stake, as not all players use the forums. But it seems to me that it would also make sense to put some of the more important announcements here on the forum as well. To me it is easy to come here and go to the Announcements section to see if anything is happening, rather than try to weed through all the tweets looking for the more important things.
Sledge Posted June 25, 2019 #9 Posted June 25, 2019 No doubts, this thing should be agreed. But is it naybe because not everyone in stake are in forum? And forum is just for giveaways and some discussions? But I really agree about that, because not everyone in telegram or discord is on the forum, and not everyone in forum is in tele or dc? This post should be seen by our lovely owner Eddie No doubts, this thing should be agreed. But is it naybe because not everyone in stake are in forum? ceastem Posted June 25, 2019 #10 Posted June 25, 2019 If I'm not mistaken, they're announcing here too. Just not all of it though. Although i would love to see a formal announcement about that star VIP thing. It's bugging me for a while just how much is really needed to be wagered to attain each level and what rewards will be received for each tier. I wanna know if it really is worth risking to take that star. I wouldn't have known exactly how to reach the bronze star if I didn't send a ticket before.. it's better to have it detailed here instead and attract more people to wager to receive the benefits
artizykristy Posted June 25, 2019 #11 Posted June 25, 2019 I think why they prefer to announce on social media because many users who are active on social media are compared in forums, but it's also a good idea and hope the stake adds it to the future.
barbaris Posted June 25, 2019 #12 Posted June 25, 2019 It was not bad to see all the announcements, changes and innovations on the forum. Because I often find out about something new in the chat or from other players. I would like to see the official information.
Etude Posted June 25, 2019 #13 Posted June 25, 2019 I guess that the announcements are mostly done in the telegram channel since it is much more easy to edit and it is well known that Stakers pay so much more attention to the Telegram giveaways/races/announcement than the Stake forum.
davinmark Posted June 25, 2019 #14 Posted June 25, 2019 because not everyone play and active in Forum. and also there is so many threads in Forum. so if they post one it might be drawn by another post that is just my opinion tho
bobdole Posted June 25, 2019 #15 Posted June 25, 2019 I agree, frankly I think Stake has too many social media accounts and it may be hard to manage so much with twitter, telegram, discord, forum, instagram, ect. I think it would be best to keep the most important updates on forum or stakes blog and focus on that. Use the other outlets for advertising or notices about promotions.
