DanielRandomDud Posted June 26, 2019 #1 Posted June 26, 2019 I got some things to say. First of all since stake has community bar at the bottom of the site, i think reddit should be added there. It will be good becouse users would join the subreddit and it would gain some traction. Now to the reddit. I believe it has really solid potential. Meme of the week / month reward that would happen every week or month would be pretty cool. Also i believe some moderators would be needed on reddit becouse you know its kinda place that has everyone and we want to keep it clean. thats it from me. Any thought and perhaps special reddit things you would like to see? Also just to be clear, this is comunitty bar i am talking about.
Moderator Faris Posted June 26, 2019 Moderator #2 Posted June 26, 2019 I think they will add this in the next minor update.
hui Posted June 26, 2019 #3 Posted June 26, 2019 There used to be a primedice reddit and I think it even still exists. Given that there are so many channels to follow stake already (and Telegram as well as Discord, as an example isn't even mentioned there) I think it would clutter things too much. For the mentioned one it turned out that there were simply not enough ressources to take care for it. It was barely used by legit users and regularly used by spammers and scammers and since the moderators team had to take care of so many other things already they barely managed to keep up with it. I'd rather prefer more of a focus to less platforms than more because I believe it raises the average quality of content and it reduces clutter.
CntryBoy Posted June 26, 2019 #4 Posted June 26, 2019 More focus on fewer platforms makes sense to me as well. The big ones like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram are much more popular and regularly visited by the vast majority I would say. When I saw earlier the post about Stake on reddit, it was honestly the first time I went to reddit in weeks, and that was only to check out Stake on there... maybe that's just me though?
barbaris Posted June 26, 2019 #5 Posted June 26, 2019 Reddit is also a multi-user platform. If there will be any giveaways here or something else only for those who subscribe to reddit, then this may attract new users. In any case, the addition of Stake in more social. networks will definitely increase the number of new players and stimulate old ones.
polor12 Posted June 26, 2019 #6 Posted June 26, 2019 any platform will do it think. where ever the people are stake should be a member of. the more they see the name the more curious a person gets..and hopes to see whats the site is all about.. free advertising is always welcome.. to any growing business.. especially where people can talk and post and especially gossip.. word of mouth.. social media .. is one hell of a tool.. and many platforms are being created.. too bad stake is not in psn network or xbox live.

Agreed and very well said. The more places a person sees something it will eventually spike their interest. Ok I’m 5 different places I know and I trust I have seen Stake.com ... better check it out. Well said polor.

As more platforms are added support for others falls off. Discord was awesome at first. Now its lackluster. Honestly i am surprised they still do tele challenge after races were added. Quality over quantity.
Kate Posted June 27, 2019 #9 Posted June 27, 2019 The thing is opening channels in every single site is actually not the great idea i suggest only platforms like instagram , reddit , medium and discord these have more potential of people being active.

I'm sure they will add it soon. Speaking of adding, they should add Discord there too, because that has been around for a long time now.
Etude Posted June 27, 2019 #11 Posted June 27, 2019 This can be a neat suggestion as the Reddit community is indeed very wide and big. It would definitely be a good exposure there at Reddit for Stake.
