Does anyone know the average timeframe for results on Steve's Giveaway

Hey Stakers

So this might be a dumb question and I don't want to sound impatient but I was just wondering if anyone knows how long it typically takes for winners to be decided on the contests Steve creates, such as the most recent "opera in Brazil" or the "meme" contests. 

Are winners typically chosen as soon as the contest locks or does it take a couple days after it locks?  I feel like I should know the answer to these questions already but read further and you'll understand.

I know typically Steve will post when the winners are chosen in the topic but strangely enough one of the past contests I participated in, I ended up winning but the winners list Steve posted in the topic wasn't visible to me in the thread?? He even messaged me a link to the direct post and when I clicked it, it would direct me to the topic but still couldn't see the post.

Really strange, has that happened to anyone else?

Terms unfortunately not known. I myself am waiting for the results of these competitions. Probably only Steve himself knows when he will check them and announce the winners. In any case, you have to wait.

He mostly credits the prizes or release the coupon within a week of making the competition. He once forgot about one, after 3 weeks went by, I sent him a PM and he released the coupon within 24 hours

It actually depends on the giveaways and how long it takes to complete but for giveaways like post your username on twitter it just takes like 3 or 4 hours i guess.

hello friends how ever i know about steve within a short period he will released the prize money but its depends upon how many participate their in  challenges or contests.

I think they all usually have a date at the end of them of when they end.   If you are unsure check.   Or the giveaway post will say locks on 01/01/01 for example so you know when it closes.   He is usually really good about posting all the necessary details needed so everyone is clear on the guidelines for the giveaways.    He always credits prizes and or posts coupon link very quickly also.

Yea that's what I was attempting to clarify was when the prizes are paid once the contest locks. But from the sounds of it from other comments it sounds like he pays with a few days after the contest locks. Thanks everyone for the feedback.

Idk but yesterday i won one of his giveaways n he payed it out early this morning

I think the prizes should be ready for claim through coupon typically within 1 week after the topic is closed and the results have already been decided.

I honestly don't know but if it is steve... It is usually done within 24 hours normally. Well, it should be done within then. But Steve is normally decent and constant when doing giveaways and he is usually good with sending out prizes!
