Kate Posted July 1, 2019 #1 Posted July 1, 2019 Ok so most of here when w e play we either buy through exchanging money to bitcoins and when we win then we do the vice versa of that that is exchanging bitcoins to get money . So i was thinking of a thing. Would you guys play on stake if you weren't able to exchange bitcoins for real money ? You can buy things like gamea and cd keys online thats it and no one else would accept bitcoin ? I probably would because i would buy the CD keys and then try to sell them for a cheaper price so i can exchange it. Let me know about you guys what would you do ?
SLFJ Posted July 1, 2019 #2 Posted July 1, 2019 I still would, cause I'm a hude video-games fan I'd probably keep the CD-Keys for myself 😂, And yes, it's the best site for gambling out there, so it would still have a huge player-base even though it would change up.
GKD09 Posted July 1, 2019 #3 Posted July 1, 2019 Yeah I would definitely still gamble since those are actually worth money - so it's not like I'm just playing a video game In fact, I used to gamble csgo skins (a type of in-game purchase) but it is still worth actual money and also fluctuates on its own. But since I wouldn't have to use my own money to buy it, gambling did help me make couple hundreds of bucks to get basically free in-game items. It is possible to sell and convert to cash but that is a very tough task and also doing that you would lose a lot compared to what it actually is worth. So I intended to keep gambling and increase my net worth there which would be used to buy games and other small things on the platform - which didn't bother me at all. Since I found Stake though I converted it to cash which lost me a lot but it's because I really think Stake is the best from all sites I've used. Not trying to lick anybody's anything but it is what it is. So even if I had to play with Stake coins or something which allowed me to purchase whatever they had in their inventory I definitely still would!
FotisNt Posted July 1, 2019 #4 Posted July 1, 2019 Well, I guess no. Since gambling purposes are to have some fun and make some money in the meantime there's no sense playing at all. I mean, would you bet in a real life casino where you won't get your money if you win? Probably not.
williamshennie9 Posted July 1, 2019 #5 Posted July 1, 2019 I would still play on Stake, since I plan to use bitcoin as an investment over the long term. I am holding a lot of coins and I plan to sell them in 20 years or so. If you could never sell them, then the coins would all be worthless.

If you can’t exchange Bitcoin, then the purpose is actually.. well there is none then. Bitcoin is not the weapon of choice in our daily life. I still need my countries currency.
cukup2 Posted July 1, 2019 #7 Posted July 1, 2019 if that happens I will save it in part for my memories where later I can tell my grandchildren when bitcoin was once a very valuable internet currency icon.
sino203 Posted July 1, 2019 #8 Posted July 1, 2019 I will still choose Stake as the foundation that I will experience every day, and I am not interested in exchanging in Stake. I think it brings me joy, so I don't care about anything.
DarkKnightCM Posted July 1, 2019 #9 Posted July 1, 2019 I don't think I'd play there anymore in that case.
3kpk3 Posted July 1, 2019 #10 Posted July 1, 2019 No way. Firstly, I only gamble for fun and whatever profit I gain from it os usually used for personal needs by converting into FIAT which is why this would potentially detract many gamblers from gambling on Stake.
wngo123 Posted July 1, 2019 #11 Posted July 1, 2019 I probably wouldn't play it anymore because the way you describe this hypothetical bitcoin.. hmm it would be just some sort of online coupon. Now.. you don't see online casinos where people can win coupons, do you? I wouldn't play because there woudn't be stake, they would not be online casinos if people wouldn't be able to exchange bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
Etude Posted July 2, 2019 #12 Posted July 2, 2019 Yes I still would be playing at Stake. Also Im sure there are always way to exchange Bitcoins as long as it is something regarded as valuable by the masses.
Sped Posted July 2, 2019 #13 Posted July 2, 2019 I don't really trade much at all, so I just normally play on stake haha. Whenever I get crypto currency or other such thigns I will always deposit on stake and try to win money, but honestly I don't think I've been playing that smart and I need to change that.
artizykristy Posted July 2, 2019 #14 Posted July 2, 2019 I will still play even if bitcoin can't be cashed, because until now I usually use bitcoin to be exchanged for game items and new money, it is indeed a difficult way but the profit that is generated is better than direct cash.
Enzo Posted July 2, 2019 #15 Posted July 2, 2019 With sites like Purse, I definitely would. It's almost as convenient. If it weren't for cashing out to real money I'd just not be able to pay for important things as easy with crypto which would be like a minor inconvenience. Purse however is one of my favorite things to use crypto/gambling profit on. Basically Amazon but with crypto.
