Challenges you all know this the thing that sometimes makes us furious because some of them are pretty hard to complete and takes a lot of time and sometimes we love it because it is easy. Well you know when bitcoin was at 3000 usd the prize pool was like 0.08 BTC and now it is 0.1 Bitcoin.

What a huge difference right ? So what do you guys think made them increase the pool ?

My guess is because bitcoin rose so high now that they earn a lot of money for just running and paying salary and they are doing more giveaways too if you guys noticed.

Hey, yeah youre right ass the pool increases but tallking about the tg chalenge the prize hase decreesed and the min bett amount to win 1 etyh hase increased by around 300%, hopfully if it rises again the prizes wont decreas.

You are probably guesing right cuse yeah they get more money they sell it when it falls they buy it again ez profit for them.

Certainly Fiat value of Bitcoin has increased considerably. But, I do not think price of Bitcoin is  directly linked to the increase in giveaway BTC value. I somehow believe it is to attract more user on Stake. As higer giveaway at this stage means higher Fiat value, which will attract more players and increase Stake' s revenue.

Yep right. I can't tell why forum prices increased while telegram challenge decreased. There's must be some reason behind all that but can't tell why. But I can tell it's for the greater good as prices are higher in general ;-).

I think they increase the prize pool because forum challenges participants are increasing too. I remember replying to someones thread that they don't think it is worth it to join weekly challenges anymore because the prize ranges from 25k sats to 30k sats which used to be around 45k sats on lowest.

well i think the prizes was increased because the challenge is kinda more hard rather than before, and also there are so many players who join the challenges that is why maybe Stake increasing their prizes even the BTC is increasing

Hmm it seems like most of the giveaways now have the prize pool based in value of USD to BTC. This can mainly be seen in the prize pool of the Races that is going on everyday.

What made them increase the prize pool I think is the huge increase in players.

I remember once before that it went a lot more than 200 players. With 0.08 prize pool, we ended up sharing around 30k sats I think, or less. That might be why it's not worth to hunt it anymore. Nowadays, it gives around 40k sats which is good, and makes our time worthwhile. Although I can't deny the fact that the challenges these days requires hell of a lot of luck. :(

It seems to me that Stake has now taken some of the price changes into account.  The races have always been for 0.1eth per winner, which has been between $20 to $27 USD lately.  The Telegram Challenge this morning awarded $10 or about 25XLM to each winner.  It seems as though the prizes are coming down a bit if this is any indicator.

No, it changes the prices of challenges to go down. For example, Telegram challenges. USED to be 0.2 eth to 2 eth - for 1k satoshi bet = 2 eth if won!!!
Now it's $10??? I mean that's just a pure waste of time now, they keep lowering it down and making us lose the fun of actually competing, same with faucet.
It all goes lower and lower until it dissapears and they bring in something new.

Yes, I completely agree, cause now they even made it to 10$, so I think stake should follow the BTC prices, or if not make ETH, other cryptos for a prize and follow  their prize too, make the challenge prizes variable, now people stopped doing challenges, cause it's a waste of time for 10$, but in my opinion I wouldn't consider challenges as for a good amount of sats to earn from these difficulties. Might try somewhen when bored I guess.

Check the challenge again, Kate. You'll see they've changed the whole setup. They have actually kept it the same. It used to be 0.08btc for 50+ users, and now it is just 0.1 if 200+ people enter. So they have slightly increased it, but not because of the bitcoin price.

Yeah I see what you're trying to say... But yeah they are really doing their best to provide the best experience of challenges to us. Thinking about 0.08 and 0.1 BTC is that this is a lot of money. - That's what comes to my mind first. But yeah they're definitely trying their best!

No offense, but I am not understanding why anyone would complain about the chance to win free money?  If it's a waste of your time don't play.  Stake doesn't have to run these challenges and give away hundreds or thousands of dollars, but they choose to do them to give back to us players.

Well all in all the prizes of the challenges giveaways are still definitely decent amount of money, so Stake has been very generous in this area. :)

In my opinion the prize for the challenges is fine and tbh 0.1 for a prize pool challenge is already so big, the thing is there are so many participants, that's why it feels the reward is too low.

Yes they sure are doing more giveaways and lots of different stuff.   I think Stake is super awesome when it comes to this stuff and regardless of the price I think Stake is raking in the money and will continue to offer some awesome stuff

I think they just wanna stay consistent with the prize pool # when they announce it. It's easier on the sites end to. Although I don't know why they would choose the more expensive option haha. Im not complaining though, I love the amount of giveaways and challenges stake does.
