Voting system.

Hey, so waht if the manegment add's and voting system, so here how it would work the support and mods would still be able to ban people and heres th system like 50-100 people could vote for one person vith an reason added to it and some proof, to get a ban for ever when the surten player gets the surten amount of votes mods and support gets to check on him and if they think he needs to get ban they ban the player. 

I thought of this cuse i saw some scamers getting only mut and after fuew days they are back at site scaming people and support wont do any thing about it.

Whats you'r thoughts about this?

Nah I do not really think this would be able to work out in Stake's chat environment. I would really leave the decisions solely to the chat moderators and support to make.

Mods and support are doing their job good enough, just people, let's don't be lazy and report things to them if needed

I believe that if something like this could be put in place, it would be a good thing here at Stake.  The problem is I'm not sure how feasible it is, only because as mentioned, it would be impossible to police it and ensure that the voting is done fairly.  Alts could affect the voting as well as other shady things going on.  Something like this would be a good way of coming to a decision, just not sure how they could pull it off.

I disagree. I'm not a fan of voting when it comes to ban. It is a responsibility of the owner of the site to ban dangerous people and scammers. It shouldn't be based on voting because you can imagine the fraud for example scammers can bribe people to manipulate the votes. Really bad idea that could lead endanger entire community and give stake a really bad name. Let's leave it as is.

It's certain not surten.

And basically you can't really decide who to ban because it's not up to you or up to players, support does it, and so far you can't ban someone because he scammed someone. Beucase if you get scammed it's only your damn fault, and if you wanna report or someone you can always do it on forum or directly to support

It would be a good idea if a mod or support mute someone and then the user realizes that he has done nothing wrong, so he starts the polling system for unmute and justice.

Mods and supports are credible and sensible people.

They won't easily mute or ban people that doesn't deserve it and I respect them for that. Having democracy who to ban will just lead to chaos since people could gang up on somebody with no particular reason with alts. Just let the supports and mods do their job.

When I started reading your post, I clearly understood your intentions for posting this topic. I totally disagree with your point of view. I think you have not understood the concept of a gambling  website or in general any website. 

They earn because user/visitor are visiting or using their website. Anyone out these many user/visitor can be a scammer, spammer and a fraudster. It is you who has to decide and take a decision whether you want to have a business or friendship with them 🙂.

Criminals are everywhere your job is to avoid them and not participate in their criminal activity. Let the website owner and the team decide what measure they can put in place to stop such individuals. 

Your job is to report them and avoid them 🙂

This is a great idea, but the system needs strict rules. So without any rules, I believe there will be people who use the system to vote to eliminate an innocent person.

Umm this is not a great idea and i would never suggest this to be added since proof can be easily photo shopped that is why it is bad to introduce this system into the site

That is kinda a good idea, but at the same time it isn't. People could create alts and vote for them and it will just be heptic. I know where your coming from though, it would be good and bad in different ways.

It sounds like a jury trial. It seems to me that it will be difficult to implement and this vote will take a lot of time. I think it’s better to leave this right to the moderators, they can quickly make a decision based on the rules and make their verdict.

I don't think this will work, only because innocent players can be abused by this. Some players generate good money for Stake, even though they are scammers, so there is no way Stake will remove them.

I don't think this is a good idea as players could get banned just because people don't like them as opposed to if they are actually breaking a rule. Not to mention with all the alts and bots you see on the site it would be difficult to be sure each vote would be coming from a different person. I think it's best to leave this at the discretion of the mods/support as it could easily be abused to target certain individuals for a variety of reasons. If you don't like someone or a user is bothering you without breaking any of stakes rules, you always have the option to ignore them.
