Would be kinda cool to have a DJ feature. Let players buy tracks to add to the queue? It's on another site i've played at a bit and it's quite neat. + It would bring in a few more bucks for stake :P

no i dont think that a good idea... i dont like to have music background at all... everything they designed right now is the best for me i guess... if have something have to improve that only about " lag' "... that all for now.

but that is my opinion tho.

Yeah this would be a cool idea... You do make good music i have listened to it... But yeah if they had like a theme anthem song or something xD.

it depends on the music actually because me when i gamble i want silence. Some songs can hype you up and can cause you to do cocky bets xD But sometimes silence can be tilting too so i think an on off music toggle would be nice?

Maybe a calming piano sounds on the background ain't too bad?

Not too loud yet not too low would do the trick, but I think they won't apply it..

You mean to have background music enabled? Hmm for me I personally would not think that it would be a good idea nor would I really use it much if at all if given that it really does happens. :)

Lol this is a game but not like a game where you play to mine and build houses and farm and all shit xD it is a game of either win or loss and it is a very risky game xD

interesting idea. i wouldnt use it i guess for some reasons, like lag problems or more the fact that like nobody is listening the kind of music what i am xD

but i guess it would be a cool function and a lot of ppl would rly enjoy it.

thinking about hoffguy for first. xD

You mean jukebox feature on site? I think that’s gonna be more lagging for us when race, telegram challenge. But if that is available nice for some music advertising for 1$ per song and should be in rain for active

It would be cool to have some music.xD It would also be even more cool if we had the chance to choose songs thru youtube or something, but displayed on stake. Nice suggestion! We'll have some music with slots I guess but  some kind of noob music.:D

Actually i think its not really necessary since i can open youtube for playing any music when i start betting on Stake, but if there is a music in stake i think its gonna cool, hope we can choose any songs in there so we couldn't get bored :P

This isn't a bad idea to have a music option, as long as there is an option to turn it off.  Honestly, I'm not sure how well it would be received because Stake has enough lag problems from time to time already.  I think adding a music player or something similar would only add to the lag issues.

For a very long time now, background music has played an essential part in virtually any land-based Casino in the world.  Its initial use and the main purpose was that of creating and maintain a certain atmosphere or mood, in order to make gamblers feel more relaxed and cosy during their sessions. Nowadays very few people visiting a Casino will actually pay any attention to the musical score being played, while the majority won’t even notice it. It’s quite an interesting fact because music has played an important part throughout history, while several studies and tests conducted in the 19th and 20th centuries have shown that the type of music associated with particular moments or even music in general, can have a real and subtle influence on the human behaviour.

With all this in mind, as well as several well-known subterfuges that almost each Casino uses in order to elude the notion of time from their clients, one has to ask: is background music still just an average element of décor and entertainment, or is there an actual psychology behind the music played in each Casino?

Music can affect and in particular cases even alter the human state of mind and behavior, and in this direction, several interesting studies have been conducted recently, in order to determine its impact on gambling behavior. One of the most interesting ones observed and analyzed the reactions of 101 male and female test subjects, while playing a gambling slot on a computer, in two different instances. All subjects spent equal amounts of time gambling while listening to intense low-tempo music as well as high-tempo afterwards. The results were quite surprising, showing that both genres can lead to compulsive gambling behavior, yet in different manners. When playing and listening to low-tempo music, all subjects have shown an increased persistence in gambling, taking their time and placing a considerably larger number of bets than usual. On the other hand, while listening to high-tempo music, their gambling behavior was more intense, and the reaction to absolutely each bet, much faster.

Nowadays, very few details remain random in a Casino. Almost each aspect has been though through, from the absence of clocks on the walls to having their drinks refilled before even noticing they finished them, from the wide variety of similar slot machines or table games to the constant dim light inside. After all, these are passion games, and creating an intense and passionate atmosphere for gamblers, will only amplify this feeling. A different yet equally interesting research study, took the question of Casino music significance directly to several Casino Managers. The results were extremely interesting! Each of them admitted paying a great deal of importance on the type of background music played at any time in the Casino and more or less all of the pointed out two different type of music. On one hand, they had recorded live music being played outside the main gaming floor, and mostly when it came to activities that did not imply gambling directly. For the main gaming area, recorder background music seemed the most suitable, and in order to create a certain mood and atmosphere, some of the Managers also admitted having altered the temp and genres.

Whether it is meant to amplify gambling behavior or just to create the most comfortable environment for it, music has always played an important part in the overall Casino experience. I think it would be pretty dope to see what kind of tracks they would put out

How about a jukebox? Where each person to listen to their music must pay with tokens, that song will sound in the chat and everyone in the chat will hate that there is said jukebox because everyone is forced to listen to a song that may not be to their liking.  Annoying, like a fly at dinner time !  Good luck.  (Not good idea to me, Youtube solves my music needs)....

Hey, yeah would be nice and if player didnt like that he could mute it, and players could pay stake to play there game or wait in line.Personaly i think this is a good idea cuse i hawe to play the music on youitube any ways.

I think it would generate lag. I woudn't want to see stake lagged again like in the old days, but if they are able to do it without lag then why not. Maybe there should be even stake radio with their own DJs, some stakers could volunteer :D
