5 changes limit on seeds

I'm someone who likes to regularly change my seeds.  I feel the renewed seeds bring me luck.  I know I'm possibly wrong about that luck factor.  However, stake limits the number of times you can change the seeds to 5 per hour.  I dont see why there is a need for this limit if Stakes competition allows us to change the seeds as many times as we would like to.   In addition, with the current 5 changes per hour, we could only check the results are provably fair for 5 bets per hour.  This is true if we wanted to change check each bet right after it was made.  Note: If you made a bunch of bets on the same seeds and then checked the results after changing your bets, you could check more than 5 bets per hour.

Is there a reason for the limitation?  Also, is it possible to make Stake better by allowing us an unlimited number of changes to our seeds (or at least increasing the limit per hour)?

I agree. There is no such limitation in other casinos. In other casinos, I have 100 seed changes per hour. I don't know if it's forbidden to name it, but it's Casino Royale. 

There i can change unlimited seed.

In my opinion, I would suggest something like X amount wagered with the current seed could contribute to allowing me to change seed without using up the 5 per hour limit.

Then seed replenishment would have no meaning.

I don't change seeds often, so I was not really aware of this limitation ... By cons the real question that I ask myself is : does changing seed really have an effect on luck (or bad luck) we can have ? I know people who never change seed but continue to win in the long run. Maybe it's just psychological? I don't know but I'd like to have more opinion on it

you have a good point here. I have known a casino that even had a feature that you could use and that let you change your seed after every bet automatically. I also do not know any stake has this limitation of 5 times per hour. I think there couldn't be a problem of making this unlimited. But you also mentioned if you make 100+ or even more bets with same seed than you can of course check much more bets. But there are players that want to change seed much more often and then the 5 times per hour limitation is a pain in the ass

I usually don't change my seeds nowadays, but thats just me. I used to change just to check bets when I was new and then I didnt care after that. 

BUT I did think only 5 changes to seeds were less. This is a nice topic especially for ones who like and believe in changing seeds. I'm surprised if this is the first topic on this. However, I would love to know the reason behind this too. Why aren't we allowed to change more than 5 times an hour. Is it due to some lack of space in the site? Idk I cant really think of the reason. Hope someone from the staff sees this

I often change my seed after getting a large payout / Result that is great when playing Limbo or Dice (however, often the results appear faster) and makes me more often change Seed. I think changing Maximum Change of seed for 1 hour is a good thing
