Well, I just use blockchain and Im enabling each security thing Is possible.:D Also stake with 2FA is safe for me too. I did use an offline wallet once awell.

First of all would be to have 2FA security enabled on wherever you have cryptocurrency of value stored on. A good idea would be to store your cryptocurrency in offline hardware wallets too such as Trezor.

Protect your computer with a good antivirus, antimalware, etc. Also don't download something suspicious on internet, always check twice before download something and most of giveaways from emails or airdrops or other free things are scam.

Use a physical wallet or cold wallet devices. You can safely protect your Altcoins. Wallets that can disconnect from the internet are the best choices for safety.

I protect my digital assets stored in the wallet by using sms authentication or google 2fa. For me, one of the two things above is very safe to protect all the assets that I have had so far. Because if you don't use it, it is very prone to hacking your assets

I use hardware wallets and paper wallets. All my hardware and paper wallets that contain large amounts are stored in several safe deposit boxes in several different banks. I also have all my private keys of every hardware and paperwallet stored in other safe deposit boxes. I have 4 copies of every single private key and have stored them at different locations. So I am pretty sure that my funds are locked and very safely stored. For my daily needs I have a couple online wallets and 2 ledgers to provide myself to cover my daily expenses.

Yea your best bet is a hardware for the most security. Personally I keep mine in a digital wallet such as Coinomi. Never had issues with them. Really though the only time you need to store coins in a hardware wallet isnif you have a large amount otherwise the digital wallets are fine in my opinion. I guess it comes down to personal preference.

I only do storage in the public wallet ... in a common wallet used by many people ...

I'm not so worried about theft and hackers who might be trying to steal my coin at this time ..

the problem is I still have a little coin ... let's say it's only 0.05 btc ... if someday I have a lot of coins, maybe I will look for another alternative to save it ...

I use blochain with password and 2fa  every thing i can i use it to protec it and if a haccker maneges to get in it some how, he will get a bigg fat 0 :D

Lol true, although there are many powerful hackers that can hack blockchain, its just a huge company that it's kinda hard to find normal accounts. Many people are just having empty wallets so they do track and hack higher amounts and stuff.

It is way too insecure to not have 2FA in this day and age where hackers really are aggressive in trying to compromise accounts everywhere and every site they can get their hands on, it is such a loath-able thing to do.

My best defense against coin theft is to log into Stake and give it all to @Edward!  O.o

I think that is what most of us here do .

A lot of gamblers don't tend to hold much coin for a long period of time.

i have a ledger an external wallet,.. so what i ever i want to wd ill send it there. and never tried to deposit.. from the ledger because those coins are meant to be sold and sold soon.

With higher amounts of coins I tend to use either a paper wallet or something like a Trezor. You really can't get much more safe then using a Trezor/hardware wallet. With smaller amounts I just simply use 2FA via Google Authenticator. Hell, I even use that on Stake. Mainly just to get rid of the pesky notification. But it definitely comes in handy.

I remember one time this guy got me on teamviewer whilst I was playing on PrimeDice, he tried to tip my balance to himself. Luckily I was too quick and was able to end the session before he clicked tip. But it was definitely a close call and I was very close to losing 0.225 BTC due to myself being negligent.

I do two main things to keep it secured . I activate email confirmation for everything that happens on the account and the second is activate 2FA or sms since that way it is more secured.
