2. About maverick in general. He muted my accounts a lot of times for really sketchy reasons. For spam, when I was texting quite fast but had to send multiple messages in a short amount of time due to either reaching the word limit or due to some typos. Then there was the mute case that I was muted on my main account during some trivia session. Obviously as the money whore which I am, I got onto my alt account named "Tree". When I was unmuted on my main account I said "Finally. Hello again" and after sending the message I sent a simple "cya guys" on my alt account. After that maverick, as a hero as he is, had to come in and mute me on both accounts for "talking on two accounts simultaneously". I think if he was a normal kind of guy it wouldnt have made any impact if I sent that last message or not. No one even cares about that tbh, why would anyone care. It's legit useless to mute me when I didnt even hurt anyone or impactfully broken any rules. It was like he was just waiting on me to talk again to just remute me...

3. You're saying that the rules are the same for everyone on stake. Why can some people (I wont name anyone) mention bitsler, BitVest, BitKong, etc. in chat without one mentioning by a mod/support or anything. No one cares, no one even said anything cause they were just talking about the sites not promoting, just mentioning.

If anyone wants proof of that just check out the chatlogs from yesterday at like 2-3pm European time.

Yeh sometimes mods can be extremely bias to the people that treat them very nicely for eg. people that have tipped them in the past or talk to them regularly on a day to day basis, I do think that some mods need to be reminded that they need to treat everybody equally and not favor any users over another.

3. Don't engage in any forms of advertising/trading/selling/buying or offering services. (Traded accounts are permanently muted). - Stake site is for betting only. Do not post links advertising products of any kind, because our site does not support this type of activity. Trading/selling/buying/offering services is saved for Forum exclusively and you need to find appropriate board for that as well. If we find you playing from a bought account, the account will receive a ban, not only a mute.

1. Don't spam, harass or be offensive and no CAPS. - Spam is every irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet to a large number of recipients. Harassing/bullying (in this case, cyber-bullying) sends inappropriate message about you - whether of being racist, chauvinist, sexist or just plainly uneducated individual. Reduce using the profanities to a minimum. Be friendly and jolly person that everyone looks forward to seeing on chat. Make friends, not enemies. Additional note: Girls also like to play here, let's make them feel like queens, not objects. CAPS MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE YOU ARE YELLING! Makes chat look cluttered, and can get you automuted. Moderators do not have to explain their actions every time.

I think every mod mutes users that promote other sites in the chat. The only way to 'get away with that' is if nobody notices that at the moment. I would surely do that.

I think every mod mutes users that promote other sites in the chat. The only way to 'get away with that' is if nobody notices that at the moment. I would surely do that.

2. It doesnt say I'm not allowed to talk on 2 accounts at the same time. And my main point of 2. was to say that it wasnt relevant to mute me because I didnt do anything bad.

I think you got me wrong. The mutes involved in the targitai rain were different ones. I mean mutes in a trivia session by some mod like 3 or 4 weeks ago.

I think you have to realise that scammers will find any advantage of any site to scam you cannot stop what scammers do its just this stupid people that fall for them

When i get muted for it maverick says a rain is going on but nobody is getting tipped in chat... I don't get tipped by support members in these rains because I quote "Maybe you don't get tipped because you cause too many arguements" It is not an argument i mainly start fair debates and its for active chatters anyway...

Exactly. You shouldn't have more than one (+ a bank) account, especially not in the chat, at the same time. We tend to mute those permanently.

You can have several account if you want. There are some limitations.

Well i've been scammed many times from people in this website for eg. fake loans and other stuff like that.

After that warning, that everybody on chat could see including David ofc, David posted the name of that other Casino anyway.

I think some of the chat rules, such as the fanatical patrolling for any CAPS in a sentence, are not very well thought out.  I also don't see why mentioning the competition is such a problem as Stake should have more confidence in how good it is.  Promoting rivals is different.  However the simple fact is that it's Stake's chat and if I don't like their rules I can go chat somewhere else.    

I've also been on the receiving end of Maverick being pleased with himself, but I've not seen him mute anyone in chat without warning them first.  If Stake is serious about the rules that they have, then he's done nothing wrong in my view as he's consistently enforced them.

I know him for a long time and he always was really friendly with everyone and totally fair in the things he did.. maybe this is not happening lately, I can't tell as I was not around when these things happened but I would never vote for a YES only based in what others say.

I was going to look into this incident, but your response to the evidence just confirmed how troll you are and how insincere you are about this whole scenario.

I support Maverick and his decision making abilities. The fact of the matter is, the rules are there as guidance, but ultimately if you are being disruptive to the community in a distasteful way, then you will be muted, with or without a reason.

I am going to close this topic as it's not only a poorly thought out attack, but its also complete idocracy. If either @Snike or @Fequ put this much effort into actually contributing to the community, instead of focusing so much on being burdens, then you both might actually enjoy your time here. These responses have been the biggest contributions you both have ever made, and I applaud you for that regard, but lets direct your skills in a way that's beneficial to both yourselves and the community.
