concertrate Posted July 9, 2019 #1 Posted July 9, 2019 So stake is on c. 6.95 billion bets at the moment. What's the average number of bets a day? Has it been increasing rapidly with the 7 billion hype? When do you think it will happen? I give it about 60 hours... Thoughts?
GKD09 Posted July 9, 2019 #2 Posted July 9, 2019 Haha I love the wait for these billion bets I remember waiting anxiously for the 6th billionth bet. I have not really checked this time, but for the last billionth bet I remember seeing around 2 million per hour, during most part of the day. At peek times it rises a bit and when there are telegram challenges too. I am still estimating around 2 million per hour but perhaps a little bit more this time, because there are races almost every day and during these hours I'm sure the bets increase quite a lot too. Also once it comes close to 6.9 billion I'm sure people will start getting excited way too early and start placing their autobets, so the closer it gets the faster it's going to go. I'd say around 16 hours more (on the safer side - so you wouldn't come back to miss it lol). Good luck hunting the biggest roll hunt!

So will definitely be watching. Maybe one of the mods or @eddie can give us some stats. More for personal interest than anything else. Almost like a KPI dashboard for the site. #bets, average per hour, est time to next billion maybe lol
polor12 Posted July 9, 2019 #4 Posted July 9, 2019 ill give it in the next 7 hours... depending the amount of people event though with not that much funds they still can bet with doge and quickly hit that 7 billion mark within 7 hours..it can happen of by the next race.. when many participant is gather all at once... wouldn't want that 1 btc prize. for that 7 bill mark.. awesome day for sure for that person.. in fact people should still keep playing with 1 doge per bet.. good luck who ever hits it..

Not to mention the increase in bets during races and challenges. I'll guess 2 days given these factors although it is early in the week so maybe a bit longer than that.

But, the few days will fly by and before you know it... There will be 7 Billion bets! Which is insane. But to be honest no one really knows how much bets are made per day only the admins and stuff.

Would be interesting if we can measure how many gamblers are going to set an auto bet with a very low bet, in order to get the most close of the 7 billions bet. I particularly don`t believe in a small bet to get the prize, I will tray to go up while closing to target. This is a very good moment for those data collector as many questions are in the air. Now many bets each 5 minutes? What are the gamblers palying right now? And so...... Good luck.
