Winning in gambling is so addicting that it will make your mind to not stop rolling. I've lost so much satoshis because I don't have an aim before i stop rolling. So recently made up my mind to stop rolling after I make 20% profit out of my bank roll. And after losing all your money, you are eager to win it back that makes you lose more because you wanna get it back rightaway.

What is your aim profit before stop rolling? Suggestions please.

5-25% is safe. sometimes you're better off taking 5-10% and not tempting fate. 5% a day makes you rich over the course of a year. God I wish I could listen to my own advice. xD

First of all, you must quit gambling.  Without self-control, you can lose more than money. No one can help you with this, because everything happens in your brain. :)

For me, I’m always trying to minimum amount to withdraw from free money from forum challenge giveaways trivia rains and other stuff.

For me it really depends on my starting bankroll.  If I'm starting with basically nothing or a small balance, my goal is generally to 5x it within that day and then withdraw the profits.  On the other hand, if my starting balance is let's say $1000 in whatever coin I'm using at the time, my goal is a 20-25% increase for the day... so between $200-$250.  It really is about starting bankroll for me, not sure about others though.

I rarely think about stopping at a certain percentage of profit of my bankroll, more often than not I tend to look more to if whether I doubled, tripled or more my bankroll before I ever think of stopping.

My aim is usually 10-20% profit out of my total balance but sometimes even 1-5% is already good because we can't always get profit when we gambling. Just remember to manage your bankroll well.

really 20% of the profit from total balance is a reasonable thing to stop doing gambling, because I feel the more we play and the more eager to make multiple profits from the balance we will lose a lot of our money. I have not found a good strategy for not playing greedy in gambling because I am still tempted by a very big victory.

the actual percentage, to be honest just like everyone else.. 100 percentage profit., nothing more nothing less.. always wanna to leave with something more what you came in the casino with,. if you came in with 4 bucks and you leave with 8 then thats profit and more satisfying then coming in with 4 and leaving with 50 cents..

Well, it is not a secret that the more you win the more you want to win more. This is called excitement and many are subject to it. But you chose the right interest rate and 20% of the bill per day is a good figure (although it may not give it).

i usually make a decision and target about 10% per day. so let say if i have 0.01 BTC i would find 100k satoshi per day. well in 10 days my balance totals are 0.02 BTC. as simple as that

It all depends on how you play: you catch big Xs, max bet, or play small bets, because even with a good balance you can lose those same 10% and at that moment you just need to stop and not try to recoup because many people will burn through this desire.

There are a multitude of factors put in to deciding what is a good profit percentage to withdraw at.

The main ones (for me at least) are how much I deposited, how much I have stashed away in my wallet, and if I need that money specifically for something). An example of this would be if you had $10,000 worth of bitcoin stashed away, perhaps in your wallet which you had readily accessible, and you were given $10 out of the blue, $10 would not be an excessive amount in perspective, if I was in that situation I would aim for at LEAST multiplying it by 50x by doing extremely risky bets and all ins.

On the contrary, if you had ~$0 in your wallet and you were given $10, in perspective it would seem like a commodity of larger value to you as you have no other money, you would likely play much more conservative/safe and try not to lose it, given this circumstance I would probably aim for 2-3x'ing the $10, as then you can still play with the $10 yet also have a reserve fund of $20 incase you bust.

And the last possible option, take this situation as hypothetical because I'm going to imagine some kind of extremely dystopian world where a hamburger costs $40. Say you had roughly $20-30 and you were starving and had no food, and the only food within 20 miles was a hamburger stall that sells them for $40. This is one of those situations where two different personality types are revealed, a normal or casual player would simply play to reach their goal and stop as soon as they hit it, they would cashout their profits and buy what they need to and move on with their lives, but an addict would simply just keep playing to try and earn just a bit more money so they could have play money even after buying what they need to.

Of course it is a lot more complex than that and there are many factors which go in to deciding a reasonable number to cashout your money at, but I wouldn't let anyone else advise you on when you should cash out, the only time you should listen to something like that is if you are telling yourself in your head to stop but you just keep playing for whatever reason (which is a fairly common phenomenon).

This is just my viewpoint though, let me know if you feel something different.

I have the opposite, if I have a goal, I can’t reach it. When I do not set a goal my affairs are much better. Therefore, I try not to set goals and the main thing is to strangle greed because it dictates the behavior and ultimately it can end badly.

I have to different ways on when I think i want to stop. After I have doubled my money... And after I have sent my friends and withdrew.

But Yeah I do agree on what you're saying - Barbaris.

When I set a goal I never seem to get there I generally just keep on going until I feel like im in withdraw territory. Maybe 100$+. That sounds about right :)

You know, using compounding interest and discipline. You can make over 1.5 BTC in 2 months (not counting weekends) off a starting balance of 0.005 BTC and making %10 a day. You re-invest the %10 profit every day and make %10 of that the following day, if you skip weekends and do it for 60 days that's well over 1.5 BTC. The problem is that it requires a LOT of discipline. Like way more then most gamblers have. If everyone had that much discipline, casino's would be bankrupt :P

I don't really play with a mindset to make only a percentage profit of my deposit and then leave. I deposit really random amounts depending on how much I feel like spending then try to just make a massive profit many times over the initial deposit. It's probably not the best way to profit overall but it's the most fun for me.

I normally aim for a measly double my deposit or nothing goal. But if you want consistent profit, it would be best to set a daily % goal and stick to that. But its gambling, a source of entertainment so my new mentality is to only chase ridiculous multipliers ie 50k or higher and to bet big on them.

I feel your pain. So many times including the past two nights where I've made a good profit and ended up losing it all because I couldn't stop myself. It's funny because. Usually pretty good with my self control and taking a break after I achieve profit but not lately. Just lastnight is a good example, I started my session when the race started and the first game I played was Limbo. On my second bet I scored a 99x win and earned .25 ETH. I ended up carelessly losing all that profit withing the next 30 minutes. When I do things like that I am just baffled at my stupidity.

It can be one really annoying actually so I try to force myself to withdraw the profit so I don't spend it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Many times, when we profit immensely in one hit like that. We tend to get a "superior gambler" feeling. That's what I call it anyway. Causes people to think they're immune to losing and continue to bet higher and higher and go for higher and higher target multipliers. It sucks but theres not much you can do to avoid it besides disciplining yourself to NOT do it.

Haha you know what that's the perfect way to describe it. The euphoria that takes over when you get a big win as described makes you feel you are unstoppable and can continue to get those wins repeatedly. Only until the wall smacks you in the face and you realize your out of money.
