josien Posted July 12 #1 Posted July 12 Sometimes, after a long stretch of closely following matches, analyzing odds, and managing slips, it starts to feel more like a job than a hobby. Have you ever needed to take a complete break from betting to reset? How do you know when it’s time to step away and clear your head?
peltesse7 Posted July 12 #2 Posted July 12 I just delete the apps for a week or two honestly out of sight out of mind works better than trying to limit yourself manually. Also weird trick but I pick up a dumb mobile game like candy crush so my fingers still have something to tap on when im bored
Zyxmia Posted July 12 #3 Posted July 12 It sneaks up on you honestly, you stop caring about the actual matches and just strae at numbers. I noticed I was refreshing scores even when I had no bets live, that was my signal to close the laptop for a full weekend.
