Interesting point, because Facebook has more impact than Bitcoin, in terms of population reach, which is precisely what Bitcoin is looking for, the adoption of the masses. Now, with all this impact they already have they will integrate facebook libra coin and I am pretty sure that this will have a huge impact too.

Maybe Libra is actually more of a threat to USD since everyone can't just dismiss it as scam or ponzi.

Regardless of what you think of Donald Trump, he IS the President of one of the most powerful countries in the world. My speculation is that he's trying to make the price dump so he can buy in low 😉 He's not a smart man, but he IS a smart-con man! We shall see how this affects it.

It is just simple calculations. Actually he has a point in his tweet. But the Pros are much more than the cons. That Trump is tweeting about it now is just a normal thing and we crypto users are already hitting the right people. The Government will not allow it. Any Government will not. But it is not for them to decide. People will use cryptos no matter the stern laws on it. It will just be termed black market and with that the Values of these coins will grow up. I am very sure, one of trumps Family is in use of crypto, but he doesn't know. And he may also have used it before.

Central Banks around the globe along with "important" world leaders will try at any cost to stop this running crypto-ecosystem. So far, I have not met a single person already bitcoiner or altcoiner saying "that this is a scam, bubble, ponzi, thin air bassed....". Anyone going in and doing the proper DYOR will find benefits of it. Everybody saying that is a scam or ponzi or any other description against it is because they have never been inside the ecosystem and have no clue. Good luck.
