DaDude Posted July 13, 2019 #1 Posted July 13, 2019 Its so annoying that the system forces you to only draw one card when splitting aces... i think this is designed to have the house take more money from the player =( its not like that when i play at other places or real casinos... i wonder why stake decided to make things the way it is... i also remember someone saying it wasnt always like this... and when splitting aces the user was allowed to draw more than 1 card... unlike how it is now... i wish i was around back then...
Etude Posted July 13, 2019 #2 Posted July 13, 2019 Hmm true but it seems that is how it is set here then now for Bllackjack. Well it is definitely nice feeling though under these circumstances to actually hit a double Blackjack after splitting Aces.
hillowner45 Posted July 14, 2019 #3 Posted July 14, 2019 Yeah... especially when it hits another ace and you can't split again and have no choice but to stand a 12 against the dealer. What would normally be a huge advantage for the player is lost due to some shitty mechanic. I don't know if it was made intentional, I believe it has been brought up a few times before but nothing has been do "fix" it.
CntryBoy Posted July 15, 2019 #4 Posted July 15, 2019 I have never played anywhere that I can recall that will allow you to take more cards after splitting Aces. From what I have seen it is always just 1 additional card per Ace, no matter where you are playing.
williamshennie9 Posted July 19, 2019 #5 Posted July 19, 2019 Yeah, I am used to playing like that. All casinos around the world that I have been to do not allow more than one card after you split Aces, since if you could, the house edge would decrease greatly.
