Stake in game profiles.

Hello guys,

What do you think if Stake added profiles in game which like you have a profile picture, description of yourself, it would be like near your wagered and wings when you would press it on chat and you would see the player that has their profile set up already, I personally think it would be a great idea, because forums already do have it, so why Stake website shouldn't? I mean like it would be more interesting to see what the player is about.

I suppose that would be a fun feature to add, but then I fear that Stake may become a social media platform rather than a casino. Perhaps this could work better in the forum though, since it is more social than the casino is.

Forum and stake are two different places. You can even have completely different name here on the forum than on stake. If you propose 'profiles like on the forums' then the new profiles on stake could take data from the profile forums. Since the accounts on stake and forums are linked I guess it could be possible to do. The question is however would they really want to do it? For now I don't think they see any reason to do it because people who want to meet other people and talk with them can go on the forums. If they decide to create profiles then maybe as StoneDragon suggested the stake could be some kind of facebook for gamblers. It's actually interesting idea. This would require major stake software update, but I can imagine users having a wall like on facebook where they post statuses themselves and additionally stake is doing it for them automatically when they win something substantial stake automatically adds status 'user SLFJ just won 5 BTC on Plinko, link to bet ID etc'. So if i follow you then I would see this status. Additionally there could be statuses from the admins which will be seen by everyone.

Hmmm that`s cool idea  but i think some people will disagree because they dont want their personal info get public here in gambling site.  For me its a cool idea and I`ll support it coz you can share your pic, its like a Facebook with Casino hahahahahah.

Hahahahha same here @StoneDragon the difference is, In facebook you gain likes and react. Here in stake with profiles is gaining profit  People will LIKE you and also beg..

ok i think its better how its running currently . may they can add these features on forum . if they adds these features on casino big effect would be page loading . . site 'll browse slowly like others sites

I thought that even though at the web stake the profile was included, but not everyone used their original profile photo, because from that web stake did not want to bother with the profile picture pictorial because most people in their stake liked web games that served and enjoyed chatting without pictur, 

but if a profile photo is included in a web stake, I am happy because it does not affect what I play.

Heck ya that would be awesome.    I think they already offer it on forum but on the site would be also cool.    I have asked this before but no such luck so far.

This could be a fun feature to add.  I know though that their are a lot of players that value their privacy and anonymity while gambling though, so I'm not sure how well it would take off.  But I would say it can't hurt... could be fun!

for me it doesn't need to be too much, because what is needed when playing is only focused on the game. if you want to see the status of other users, you can do it by looking at the status, but the users now hide their status

This might actually be a entertainable idea but at the same time it can makes some people cautious in regards to privacy issues too.

There is a forun for this purpose already there is no need for them to do the same thing on stake tbh because the main idea for it is to give privacy to players not to just put out info 😛

I mean there's definitely no bad intention or it seems like a great idea, but I think that will take up a loooot of space on the website. For each user to have images and then say a 100 character text as an introduction. That would be very space taking in my opinion and we wouldn't want to have a slower laggy site. 

Also I don't think a lot of people will be honest with their profiles. I think most will just be random images of stuff they like or trolling material, and again the information would be something funny rather than straightforward and open to everyone. Or that's what I think majority would do. 

I think it's best to leave the forum to do the socialising part and leave Stake for the gambling part

It's a neat idea but not one that I would like to see added. There is a dice site where you can have profile pictures after a certain level. But it's isnt something I'd want to see here.

Stake is a online casino not a online social media platform

I think that’s feature isn’t important or needs to get more better. I want to see stats of player with graph showing . So we can see our profit and loss clearly

Honestly bro... I think that is rather a good idea lol! It would be cool to see your own profile and others when playing and watching others bet. It would also be cool if they added a description on to who you are. Wouldn't it be cool if they added this? I think it would!

I think this could lead to a lot of hacks and other stuff, along with a lot more negativity in the stake community. I think on paper it is a good idea, but actually implemented could blow up in your face and a lot more stakers being hacked or blackmailed or any other of this sort of stuff. It could lead to a lot of toxicity, so sorry but im against it.

In 2017 was have picture garry butbut theyre deleted it in 2018-2019 i think need a level for unlock picture from Garry trust me i love that Garry picture hope theyre add it back

adding an avatar picture.. but why.. they should add an voice chat room.. to be honest. is better to a voice chat room.. talking to one another.. and another way to know each player or staff or mod.. it would be interesting to have thats for sure,,
