I’ve seen people posting two words topics, topics that are in completely wrong section, which I assume is merely for gaining satoshi, plagiarized posts. Shame shame shame ! Do we still have a forum admin ?

I am kind of getting sick of these nonsense posts all the time... Like the 5 word posts. It is honestly ridiculous... Just spamming the forum all the time and it is getting very frustrating for us regular posters. But yeah I don't think we have one at the moment... It would be awesome to get one but I don't know if we will. Hopefully we can get one soon though! Have a good day

Where do I send my resume ? 🙂 I guess it’s not really of my concern so I don’t really know why it bugs me so much but I hate all the spam posts. It’s annoying that people don’t have the time to read the rules and see what is acceptable and what is not.

And you are all more than welcome to report any such behavior once you see it. The first online moderator will look into it and take care of it. And we are a community here, so feel free to take the liberty and give a friendly warning to such users by commenting on their post and sending them the Forum Rules and Guidance.

My opinion is that many here first also broke the rules .... And this does not mean that a person needs only satoshi .. . Friends let's live amicably ... 🤝😉 I'm not talking about spam ...

wyj1306 Posted July 19, 2019 #7 Posted July 19, 2019 This is really happening, I'm not going to make mistakes and make posts in the wrong places here in the English area, because of the translation and everything else, I'm using a lot of the area in Portuguese that is my native language, that I only come to English to see some interesting topics, and when I come I come across very bad topics, some time ago did not see much of this kind of thing.

Glad to see you guys are still on top of it. I feel bad when I feel the need to report posts, but it has gotten a bit out of hand. Do we still have a forum admin ? Well, I've seen tons of posts like that. HOWEVER! I did it just ONCE and I rechieved a warning point. There are so many posts with a word or two in sections where you can rechieve rewards. Almost none of them got deleted as I saw. I guess it works like that, the ones who posts valuable stuff in like 2k posts gets a warning for a single mistake on the general discussion which doesn't even pay but when you're a newbie, you're allowed to flood forum with 2 word answers. Funny isn't it?

I am very happy with the forum admin, they always act according to what we do if we are wrong to be reprimanded. and if we feel that the topic violates our forum rules just give the report later the admin will do the work.

Do we still have a forum admin ? In the last week alone I have had two different members plagiarize two of my posts literally hours after I published them. I'm surprised usually there on top of these issues on the forum. It sounds like they could use some help with moderating. All these issues seem to come from alt accounts where they have zero reputation, it's so annoying.

Do we still have a forum admin ? actually i seen and noticed it .but for info today i got a warning point from mod so yeah moderator are working here but i think they need to filter 1 line topics from forum . now a days i seen many 1 line forum topics which is cause of spam

There is a button on each post that says "Report Post". I hope more people do report and it can clear up the forum a little. Lets get some of the scammers and spammers with at least warnings on their accounts. Great post by the way Pae! How have you been doing?
Enzo Posted July 19, 2019 #15 Posted July 19, 2019 You're right Pae, that's a good reason why the forum rewards aren't earned until a certain point in there profile and post quality has been reached. But it doesn't stop everyone from doing it. I think one or two more forum moderators wouldn't be a bad idea tbh. They could strictly be for moderating forum as to not take away from other things that require mods on Stake.

Sure we can all recognize low value posts, there are dozens of them, one or two even in this thread, but when does low value become spam? For example, I just saw a guy post Quote Welcome to Stake in five introduction threads. That is low value no doubt, but spam? Harder to say! After all the introduction treads are just that, introductions. It also doesn't help that we have threads that basically engender spam, e.g. the neverending last letter type threads. The nice thing about reporting is that also suggests that others find the posts not only low value but actually objectionable.

If we want a forum where we can go and find useful data then we all have to contribute to make that happen. These accounts can’t enter any promotion which made in Stake promotion section. I think they can’t control about plagiarism

It's no fun when someone just says no or yes or any one word there. Just a tip guys, if you see some shitty posts or comments, you can always report them. They usully fix it especially if it really is a shitty one. Also, remember to report posts with sme topics and include the link of the original one to make it easier for them. If you do that, they can take action much faster
