blueprints Posted July 27, 2019 #1 Posted July 27, 2019 So this is more for the people who have dealt with a gambling addiction successfully. How did you do it? What steps did you take, actions did you make, or books did you read. Whatever you did just share it here. im sadly at a point where ive run out of ideas and plans. I dont know what else to do. The answer may be simple but im sure not only I would appreciate any advice or suggesstions on how to deal with a financially crippling gambling addiction. I have thought about self exclusion which is one of the most commonly mentioned things in the websites that are made for gambling addiction help. Sadly im in the usa and in the usa they dont have as strict laws as they do in the united kingdom. So for usa really it depends on the sites to enable players to self exclude. But some sites dont even have this option. some sites refuse to add it because it might affect how much money they make or something. I have also tried antigambling software but it was a very cheap kind! IT worked great until one day i opened up on of my browsers that had a third party vpn. Well i checked to see if it bypassed the software and it did, easily. I was so dissapointed i emailed the makers of the software and they said they didnt have a way to block third party vpn so they refunded my money back i havent been able to get myself to try agian with more expensive software since then. Please also mention if your like living in poverty, or like middle class or have more then plenty money. Dont have to be specific numbers but like i wonder if it makes a difference?
