Problem with muted account

I’m a permanent muted person in stake. And I just got a problem with my account notification. Because there has a green spot is on every time I check my account and I think that’s should be rain and tips from someone but It’s not. It’s from some people who added me even I’m muted. I can’t click both accept or decline to that request.  Stake should not allow people to add muted account even you guys didn’t want to communicate with me. Now that notifications light made me annoying . 

Please tell me how can I fix it,? Thank you

Please log out, then log back in and try to accept/decline a friend request. It should fix the issue.

EDIT: Actually, yes, you cannot accept/decline friend requests while muted. To be honest, I didn't know this, but I tested it and just found out. 🙈

I see no reason why the system wouldn't let you add muted users since you will be able to accept/decline a friend request once the mute expires and you will be able to use the chat normally. 

Perm mutes can also be removed if someone qualifies for that, so perhaps you could contact us on Live Support about it in a month and we can discuss it.

Hey Kippo,

I understand that having any sort of notification that can't be removed may be annoying, but rains and tips aren't showed by the friend request tab. Also now that they have moved the notification bell it simplifies your problem even more since they aren't close to each other for you to get confused. 

I'm not too sure about how it looks like on mobile layout though.

Wonder why you can't decline the request though. And did these friend requests come after you got your perm mute?

I already did that relogin. But still exists . I will contact to support now

Yeah you are right I’m just confused with old version. But i want to made that light off . And i don’t know why I’m thinking rain notifications even I’m muted lol 😂. These friends request got after muted only

If you have these types of problems, just contact live support instead of typing it out on the forum. They will respond much quicker in the live chat than on the forum, and I know that from experience.

you have been mutated for some reason that you may be beg in chat see your problem with support on discord or chat it will give you an explanation

I have never met this situation. everything seems to work well. I think you should message for support. They will advise and help solve your problem

I do not know why you are muted, of course you have violated the rules. maybe you can ask support to solve your problem

To be honest... being muted does limit you to what you can do... It is very annoying but to be fair, it's your fault that you're muted. Not being a d*ck or anything but seriously they do limit you to what you can do. Sadly. But in all fairness that's what they have to do. I would've thought that there would've been a fix to this but as katarina said above.. There isn't unfortunately. Maybe you can contact eddie to fix this or something. I don't know. Anyway, there isn't a fix for this at the moment so you're just going to have to bare with stake until there is a fix. Sadly.

I dont think that you arent allowed to accept or deckine a friend request while you are muted it is just a bug just refresh or clear cache and cookies and it should do the trick.

Yep I just got support from site staff. I just want to know if there is any other way to solve. Because it’s didn’t solve yet .

Nope I just got perm muted for violations some rules long time ago. I just want to know the way to disappear these notifications

Yep it’s just done while I’m not being muted. Friends request just got after perm muted and it can’t do anything

Yes I already contacted support and didn’t solve it yet . Thank you for your suggestions.

Yep I done violated some rules when i was new user . I won’t do that again anymore

I already contacted support and they told me to contact again in one month and they will consider about unmute my account. This problem isn’t  still solve.

Yes i can’t do both accept or decline if can’t do anything. Don’t let to invite friends request to muted user like me
