Should muted accounts be muted on Forum too?

So, I began wondering why there were so many muted users being transferred satoshi via forum.

I feel like if you've done something bad enough to warn a permanent mute from Stake chat, you shouldn't be allowed to reap the rewards of contributing to the forum.

On top of that, if they break the rules on the chat, who says they won't do the same thing here?

Just curious what others think, I definitely feel like at least perma-mute people should be muted here too.

i think you have your own opinion, and it isnt wrong tho, but everysingle place have there own rules, if you break the rule you will just get the punishment at that place tho , forum and chat room is totally 2 different way, forum have forum rules too, i think mute in chat room is enough , forums is different things

I think it should depending on what the ban or mute was for. If it is something serious, then yes, it should be banned on the forum too, but if it was minor then I don't see why the forum should also be muted.

No i dont think users that are muted should b muted on forum too..right now im currently muted and im posting on forum  i sure could use s9me satoshis for the race thats going on

I'm disagree with you. Chat muted user shouldn't muted at forum too. They break the rules of casino in chat or pm as a result they got muted. But forum is a different place. Many games, promotion run here. And here we can talk about various thing. So they have the permission here to talk. If they break the rules of forum they will get banned from forum. So they shouldn't muted here for the mistakes they made at chat.

So, this two (gambling and forum) are not related.  Different things, different mods, different rules.  Maybe, as someone just said above, for a very specific reason you should be muted in both sites.  But, doesn`t matter really, doesn`t affect to the performance of each individual here in forum.  I am ok the way it is working right now.  My opinion.
