it doesnt seem like much but when i hit silver last month the daily reloads were like an extra 15 spins on gates and that was enough to cover a dry ptach twice. worth pushing for if you wager sensible amount anyway

Honestly the daily reloads are the only part that feels tangible, even at bronze they basically cover my morning coffee bets before I even think about depositing. If you are already close just from normal play it is worth it, but I would not chase VIP levels hard because the rakeback alone does not suddenly change your luck.
