liloana037 Posted 12 hours ago #1 Posted 12 hours ago I made two successful deposits over a month ago, but they haven't been credited to my account despite providing screenshots and all available proof to the support team, both via live chat and email to the payments team. I provided them with all the proofs the bank offers, but they insist on providing proof in a specific format that the bank doesn't even offer. There are two successful transactions I made that haven't yet been credited to my account on Stack One, dated [25/5/2026] 19:19 PM A transfer of 3000 Egyptian pounds , Other money transfer process on [4/6/2026] 20:46 PM A Transfer of 500 Egyptian pounds. I have attached all the evidence I have. As for the bank statement, The bank it to customers exactly like a hard copy as I have shown them. The bank does not provide anything else regarding the bank statement except this one. I don't want to publish it here because it contains my personal information, but I have already asked customer service and the finance department several times. Yesterday I attempted a withdrawal of 6050 Egyptian pounds, and while the transaction showed as successful, nothing has yet appeared in my account. I'm still waiting for a response from the finance department, which seems incapable of resolving any issues I submit to them. I will post screenshots of everything I own here in the hope that this will help resolve any problems I'm facing with Stack. liloana037 Posted 2 hours ago Author #10 Posted 2 hours ago @Medicine2 @Emm211 @Arya161100 @gifty003 @KkulBbiBbi My friends, I have already submitted a complaint to customer service and sent several emails, and the response is as I explained above. Six tickets to the customer care department and more than 40 emails For the finance department, and the response is the same with no result.
