Promotion Ban! Here We Go Again...

It's been a little over 1 year now since my first promotion ban email came and today it happened again.
After a long cold run of losses month after month after month I finally had a profit month now and straight away Stake hit me with the promotion ban.
1 week ago Stake even sent me a extra bonus offer that would give me $500 for wagering $100,000 over the next 14 days, I completed that wager yesterday and just shortly after I finished the wager they sent me the promotion ban email, so now I won't be paid the $500 + I did not receive the prize for the midweek chase that I completed yesterday + other forum challenges that ended yesterday that I had completed.
Also I will not have any chance in the big $100,000 World Cup raffle now where I have posted over 250 bets.

The promotions/forum challenges that Stake offer usually cost way more to complete then what they pay, sometimes it can cost $1000 to finish a challenge that pay $50, I simply play the challenges because it's fun, much more fun then only playing around on random slots all the time.
They remind us over and over to participate in all the different promotions by posting it many times on their telegram channels, and posting the links in the Stake chat but then they screw us over and we can't do anything about it, there is no mods, live support or host that will do anything, there is no one you can contact that will answer your questions about it.

It's also funny how this promotion ban doesn't happen to the players that are winning the most money from it, finishing in the top positions of the challenges week after week after week.
You can see them winning pretty much everyday in slot hunt, buzzer beater, most of the weekly challenges on forum and also winning multiple prizes from conquer the casino promotion, the casino challenges on the site and the prizes from Eddies challenges he do on his stream.
I really doubt that these players don't have any profit months with all the prize money they win + all the max wins you can see them hit, but still they can continue without any problem.

Oh well that's the end of my rant, enjoy playing these promotions while you can, because you might be the next one to get the promotion ban.

I've only won one challenge and that was a while ago.  It was a fluke.  I did win the Eddie's weekly give away once when I first signed onto this forum. I've received promotion e-mails, but I refuse to spend that much in the hopes I can win, because I have not been that lucky in months.  If I actually won something more I might.  I don't understand the promotion ban.  From your post, you completed the wager promotion, then they banned you but you didn't get paid.  I mean you completed it before you were banned for whatever reason.  Yeah, when you can't get any type of support for an issue or question you have, that is wrong.  Someone should be able to tell you the reason you were banned.  This is the first I have ever heard of a promotion ban.  How long are you banned for?

Yeah when you get the promotion ban they don't care about what promotions you had already finished before the ban, if the payout did not happen before you got the ban they won't pay it.

Last time I missed out on around $1500 in prizes from challenges that I had completed before the ban happened that they didn't pay me, and it did cost me a lot to finish those challenges.

The promotion ban have been on Stake for 1.5-2 years now I think, a lot of people have got it at some point, when I had it last year it took 3 months before they told me I can continue to participate in the promotions again.

They say in the email that the reason for the promotion ban is "You have received an excessive amount of bonuses compared with subsequent gameplay" and this happens when I for once have a profit month, all the other months when I'm down thousands they don't say much

same here got email yesterday that i ban they say same "you have received an excessive amount of bonuses compared with subsequent gameplay" which bonuses? im in minus 1000$ this month only claim weekly and monthly so what bonuses i get too much
challenges is not bonus we try hard to complete this challenges and most of the time you lose money even after getting the prize
so now they fuck us twice we lose lot on challenges and not get anything back
and yes its only for regular players this ban
they "special group" that win every challenge every day never get ban winning thousands of thousands each day i guess its ok good job stake
as i said in other post while they ban me i will ban them back
so enjoy the ban stake 👍 when you remove the ban i remove my ban
there is a lot of other places that not ban you to play promotion and lose money when you do it
