I kept being told not to play and that I would regret it, but i cant understand why everyone hates on this game so much... its pretty much a 50/50 game.... i guess its the full house thing that gives 1.5x that the players dont seem to be happy about. But all that is is the house edge being worked... Im sure statistically it works out fine.. Think about it like this: if the full house gave more than 1.5x like 1.8x or simply 2x... then if 2x the house would have no edge, 0 % edge.. if more than 1.5x the edge would be more than it is now.. (1%i think) anyways... its not a bad game, i liked playing this from time to time as a break from my usual... you should too sometime.. just remember to keep it 🆒

I wonder what are the chances of a user winning or tying the stake dealer in this game with a fullhouse hand... that will explain the stats a lot.. Does anyone know the odds of this with the diamond game?

CntryBoy Posted August 5, 2019 #4 Posted August 5, 2019 I am not a big fan of DP, but do play it on occasion just to break up the monotony of playing the other games I play. It's not a terrible game, although I wouldn't mind some of the payouts being better.

Enzo Posted August 5, 2019 #6 Posted August 5, 2019 Honestly I've never played diamond poker for fun. I hate it because it's multipliers just aren't high enough for my liking. If i want a 2x i'll play dice where I somewhat have an intuition of when to roll under or over for a 2x. I think diamond poker could be revamped with some higher x's but then it would be too similar to Video Poker imo.

But this game is more predictable than others and here many times I managed to completely restore my balance with one throw after losing in other games.

Diamond poker is that type of game that you go to, if you want to vegetate on Stake and click a green button. It sure is mind numbing and it sure does bring you no profit!

nuuuitsjdragon Posted August 9, 2019 #10 Posted August 9, 2019 There are many other games to play 2x on though. Diamond Poker used to be one of my favourites until I figured Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, even Dice can all do the same thing! Now I just go to those games instead lol.

I don't see any fun there seriously. You just click the button and look at some diamonds. The only thing nice about the game is the look of the diamonds Quote anyways... its not a bad game, i liked playing this from time to time as a break from my usual... I think games should be exciting and fun. When they are not they are simply bad.
