Tbh, its kinda rare to find some sites or people to make a trade in exchange for paypal coins. But I know a site that can offer cryptocurrencies, local bank, webmoney, skrill, etc. Its called 'skins.cash', once you offer your skins to them, you can withdraw them within a minute.
