Would you gamble for somebody else?

Let's say some less lucky staker says he had enough and approaches you with proposition. He will pay you money so you can gamble. If you win you can keep % (you decide what percentage). However there is a trick. If you bust his money you will need to return it. Would you take that 'challenge'?  Are you brave enough, so convinced about your skills/luck?  Lending is not allowed on stake forum anymore, so this is not the question about it. This is also not my proposition to you, so please don't contact me for money  It;s just a question for discussion. Purely theoretical.

I would not accept such an offer. I prefer to play with my money and I would not want to be in debt to someone because of my unsuccessful game. In order not to get stuck in debt, you need to play only for what you can afford.

I do not like to bet or play other people's money because it is always a burden for me, I have done it before but I can't play for long because it feels like I have a burden when playing differently than when I play with my own balance it feels very relaxed and there isn't anything burden me when I lose.

I would personally not want to gamble with someone else's money.  It's added pressure and really unnecessary.  If I win, I don't want to have to give someone a percentage of my wins, so I'll just play with my own money and keep all the winnings.

From a theoretical point of view it sounds really great. I get money for free by doing something I would do anyway. Assuming we set up some way to prove there's no cheating or anything and he accepts the loss, I see no problems.

And yeah I would all in 2x.

But if it's someone I know personally then it might affect the relationship, and turn it partly into a financial relationship as well. I have seen friends and family falling out over all kinds of business issues. 

So if that's the case I would protect my closest and dearest relationships and for less valuable ones... I'd do some calculations regarding my personal profit.

This proposition will only end up getting scam. I know this method has been exploited by scammers. They will accept the challenge and once you send your money to them, they pretend that they play and then theyre gone with your money. And then you've just been added to their Ignore List. 

But for me, I will not accept the challenge. I want to hold my grounds on playing in a casino using other peoples money. To me, its not a fair deal. I'm taking risk just to earn a percentage, while the owner is just waiting to get his money back with profits? Nah... its totally not fair.

But again, this is no longer possible as you will get perm mute or worst banned. Good topic tho.

It depends on what kind of negotiation between the rich man and me 😆. Like if I busted, how many i have to returned to him and for what long. If its profitable for both of us so why not

It seems like a dumb situation to me. I would just play with my own money and keep 100% of the profits. Because if you lose, you have to pay the friend back anyway, and if you win, you only get a %.

My thoughts exactly,I don't really see the point to be honest.  Why would I want to have to worry about owing someone if I bust, and also why would I want to work hard to make a good profit only to have to give some of it away?  It sounds like a lose/lose proposition to me....

Yep, I surely would do it, depends on the amoumt of the sum and what the gambler wants the outcome to be, but if it's not a very high expectation one, sure I can do it, but if it's like 1btc to 2btc then hell naw, call someone else. Good luck and stay green.

No, I won't take the "challenge". It is already nerve wracking to bet with my own money what more if it is someone else's money? I also don't like the pressure about the rule that if I busted it I will need to return it. I don't want to be in debt with anyone just because of gambling.

No I don't like this is same loan and if you lose you face problem and slowly slowly you take other loans this way distrb your life always if you want play gambling play your own money and Always play with your extra money if you lose you have no face any problems no way I don't accept these types challenge because playing gambling you need a fresh mind and if I play with other money I think I not feel relx

I personally do not like gambling other peoples money, unless it is a gift. Even if i got to keep a percentage of what i would win... I would not like to gamble for somebody else. I prefer to gamble with my money because I feel like If i rip their money that they want me to gamble... I will feel bad. And I do not want to be responsible for someone elses money.

yes i would. but now it depends on how much though because i wouldnt want to gamble more then i can afford to pay back. because for one, its just more stress worrying about having to pay back a big amount and two big amounts are much easier to bust and can make one careless.

No I do not think that I fancy this proposal as it seems more like taking over another person's responsibility and liability and the results are well in your own hands. It definitely might not turn out well in the long run especially when it is about gambling.

would i no.. because all the profits will go to the person.. if someone invested an certain amount to me.. then i should be able to pay that investment with a good percentage of interest of course.. but playing for them i like taking all the blame when i lose.. i rather be pissed at my self for losing then some being pissed at me for losing their money.. always rather play with my money then others.. only person to blame would be me no one else..

No, I am the type of person who does not owe money for no good reason. I don't want to be in debt in case I don't win the game and I don't like to stress myself. I rather play safe with my own money.

Playing with other people's Money + taking it as a challenge will result in a pretty bad Bet experience (And I reject it) I better lose my own money at my own risk (Unless he gives the coin as a gift and officially belongs to me)
