Complaint against Indian moderator

I would like to file a complaint regarding the moderation, as I am honestly feeling very frustrated and mentally exhausted because of repeated incidents.

It feels like some moderators are not acting fairly and sometimes let personal feelings or ego influence their decisions. In many cases, people who are close to them or speak in a certain way are not muted even if they break rules, while others who are simply chatting casually or trying to enjoy the platform are suddenly muted without clear reasons.

I would like to mention one specific incident where I addressed a moderator in a friendly way, calling them “younger brother,” but I was muted for “lack of respect.” This felt very harsh and unnecessary, especially when there was no intention to offend.

I admit that I made mistakes in the past and received mutes for them, which I fully accept. However, I have now carefully read all the rules and made a genuine effort to improve my behavior. Despite this, I am still being muted based on my past record rather than my current actions, even when I have not broken any rules.

I have tried to resolve this properly by submitting tickets and requests, but unfortunately, my ticket was closed without a fair resolution. This has left me feeling helpless and unheard.

I respectfully request you to please review my case and also look into the behavior of the moderators involved. I am not trying to create conflict—I simply want fairness and a chance to participate without being judged only by my past.

I hope you understand my situation and help resolve this issue.

Most of the moderators here are fair and doing a good job, and I respect that. However, I am particularly tens by the actions of two moderators and I am not the only one—many others have faced similar issues. @ewm011 @varka1985

 

You can also review past discussions where these same moderators have been mentioned in complaints. This concern has been raised before, but it seems no proper action has been taken.

 

I kindly request you to please look into this matter seriously.
