ShanawarK Posted 7 hours ago #1 Posted 7 hours ago I placed a bet of almost 1000$ which ended up as a loss on crash and when i placed the bet i hit cash out instantly but this time the button froze and didn't cashout instead crashed at 1.08 i hit instantly like i was before and after that was working okay but when i explained and share from my side they said its your internet connection how can they even say that without even acknowledging the players issue and not providing any proof either rather than keep asking to verify bet which i know already and been saying this is supposed to cashout instantly even if the crash was happened at 1.01 i can say that this happened bcs it crashed and a loss but the cashout button was stuck/froze for a while and ate my all in money.
