How do you guys fight frustration when gambling? I’m not talking about frustration when we are busted. That is very easy. Just take a walk and do something else, come back when you cool down. I’m talking about situation when you are ‘stuck’ at your balance. it doesn’t matter what that balance is sometimes we are just stuck, it doesn’t matter what we do, what strategy we try our balance stays almost the same. We are not loosing big, we are not winning big. Sometimes we loose but not much and again we win but not much either and the result is the same balance over the long period of time. After one hour of this I get really frustrated and begin to bet higher amounts or make more risky bets which result in busting. I busted many times this way not because I was loosing, but because I was stuck and the balance and couldn’t go either way so if I couldn’t win I decide to take the higher risk and bust and it even felt better to just bust than keep that balance at least at the time of making that silly decision because after busting of course I was regretting that I wasted nice balance. How to fight this frustration? How to get out of this situation? Changing the game doesn’t help. Maybe crash since it’s completely different games helps a bit. When nothing , absolutely nothing works I go to crash and if I bust there at least I know I tried.

when I have started playing practice because the balance is even less or maybe the balance is getting worse I prefer playing games on my cellphone or maybe chatting in the room while joking with other friends

The best way to avoid frustration is to have a strategy and set your limits, both winning and loss limits.  When you understand that you will be gambling as far as you get any of these limits then you will become a efficient gambler and your greed will never be the one who rules your gambling.  You may have a bad rolls and hands during your path to the limits and yes, you can stand and walk and go for a coffee and then come back to keep gambling, but you most have in your mind that you most follow your limit strategy at any cost.  Stand up, go and come back next day.  My opinion.

Quando eu comecei a praticar, porque o equilíbrio é ainda menor ou talvez o equilíbrio esteja piorando Eu prefiro jogar no meu celular ou talvez conversar na sala enquanto brinco com outros amigos

I was stuck at a certain level for over 8 months. Would win a little, lose a little, or climb back up and then some catastrophic loss would reset me back down again. I'm now very very slightly above there and yeah it's psychologically rough but it's all in your head really. The dice or hash doesn't know or care where you're at, neither does Eddie or anybody. It's only your personal point of view that sees it as significant, and if you can see through that then you'll be less frustrated.

it has just no use to fight frustration. You initially must make sure you do not get frustrated. Think the main think to not get frustrated is to get the mindset that the money that is on your account already is lost even before starting your gambling sessions. Cause it just is a fact that 95% of sessions end up in a loss or a total bust

The best way to deal with it is just trying not to get frustrated in the first place.  I know that is easier said than done, but we all know losing and/or not being able to make a good profit are a part of gambling.  If we stay disciplined and stick to our plan/goal then we know that even if we run into a bad streak or stagnant streak, that eventually we will get some wins.

When I get frustated in gambling I will Stop the game, drinks a lot of water, wash my face with cold water and go outside to cool my mind. Other wise I will scream as loud as I can in my room untill my feeling feels good

I always forget about setting loss limit! I set winning limit and it works rather good for me! But loss limit is something I need to work on, but it's much harder because when you are losing you really want that money back fast :)
