Which do you prefer trading in Bitcoin or investing in it.

We all like to earn profits it either by doing some business that serves customers what they need. Or sometimes it is through investment or trading of crypto currencies mainly for us crypto enthusiasts.

But i wanted to ask you all which do you prefer better : Trading bitcoin or Investment in Bitcoin ?

Well for me to be honest i would prefer investment trading is just too much work and also a lot of hassle to make some money of it and you cant take a break from it most of the time and is just like a prison jail work i believe so but higher profits from trading tho.

I prefer trading above investing. 

When investing you just speculate on a price augmentation and take profits in that way. Me as a trader I take profits and expand my crypto portfolio when markets go up but down as well.

The biggest difference is you can invest in crypto once in a while or on a regular basis but as a trader I put in money 1 single time and build up my wealth with only 1 single investment

I prefer investing in bitcoin because because I believe that one day the price will be very high as it becomes more scarce. Trading is a short term way to make money and is like gambling in many ways.

It’s ideal to do both, say, invest in the long-term in bitcoin and direct 10% of the invested funds into trading, I think it’s ideal. If you learn to trade, then there will be much more income, but not everyone can trade, you need to have super strong seriousness for this work.

Hello all dear on forum.

I prefer invest because when you have many BTC so maybe in the future BTC will increase but i'm not sure because new cryptocurrency from facebook. I can't wait for it really and i want see what is it in the future. Yes i'm afraid about cryptocurrency from facebook. Many users use on site Facebook. I think site Facebook will open new cryptocurrency and every person get giveaway. I don't know yet... we can exchange from BTC to Libra, it's not problem lol. I like BTC but new cryptocurrency with price - i'm not very sure.

I think bitcoin is too volatile for investing. If you know how to analyze and to predict its price, you should better try to trade it. For me the best option is to gamble here and then withdraw anything I get and exchange to USD

I seem to favor investment more than trading. especially in the crytocurrency field ...

because no one can predict the price of digital currency as accurately as possible. that's why I prefer to invest rather than choose to trade ...

if you look at it in terms of profit and loss, trade does dominate the market share ... but when the price is positioned stable ... if the price falls or rises high, will the trade be confused, sell or not? if not sold, the value suddenly plummeted, how? if sold, the price suddenly rises, will lead to regret because it was too rushed when going to sell ..

both (investment and trade) both have advantages and disadvantages. now back to the holder ... which one do you want to choose?...

I like trading in crypto and trying to catch the pumps and dumps to earn a few coins, mainly alt coins. As they move more on a weekly basis.

I personally like to invest in Bitcoin. Because I know that Bitcoin will grow steadily in the future. I will continue to invest in Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin has not surpassed $ 20000

I personally prefer to invest in Bitcoin rather than trading. because the price of Bitcoin goes up and falls very fast, if we trade Bitcoin, we will have to always watch the price of Bitcoin 24/24.

That question depends on how rally in bitcoin is. If it keeps dipping and pumping its better to trade. But if that rally is too big and has huge gaps its better to hold because the distribution of prices in each btc increase. But for me i prefer it as commodity.

It is about a strategy.  I was told that you always have to have bitcoins, and then you can get some altcoins to trade, but the fact that you hold bitcoins will give the ecosystem the strength to keep going up and up.  So what I do is to take part of my payroll and buy bitcoins and altcoins, a certain percent for each.  Usually my bitcoins I don´t touch and it in a cold wallet, but my altcoins goes right to the exchanges and after make a heavy DYOR I invest.  Profit goes directly to my btc account.  When I do trades, I go always with the btc pair in order to get more and more.  Many times I got busted losing a big amount of my investments but some other I win. I am a trader under self construction.  Good luck.

I would prefer trading bitcoin if possible, investing on bitcoin is mean long term investment thought. Actually i dont have a rest capital for investment, so trading bitcoin is realize for me.

I would prefer invest bitcoin if there's a forever investment site cause nowadays some sites will become scam after they have a lot of investor.

Trading and investing is different thing. And both way will give you profit/lose in different way. For trading you need to stay attentive always, check the crypto market and observe the price. You can make good profit if you do it carefully and well. Trading will give profit every days or in few days as the way you want to do. You can also face lose. Buying cryoto and hold it for so long is different then trading. You need to invest in right time when price will go low and you should able to leave that money so long. When the price will go uo just sell and take profit. But sometimes you can see price not going up for so long. And as we know btc high price was 20k usd. If you invested on that time and still tube your coin it's really bad situation for you now. Where trader sold their coin maybe with lose but they maybe recover it in this long time.

I'd much rather trade bitcoin. However at the moment I don't do either  

I think at some point i'll get into trading and see if I can make some money doing it. I've heard it's quite addicting though.

I just want to add that, by taking a closer look to the way the market is going on, the best think I can do (please note that I am speaking to myself), is to become a Bitcoin Maximalist for rest of year.  This is not that I will forget that altcoins exists, I will keep doing a stronger DYOR in order to find out the best gems for the next year.  Many altcoins will disappear this year (I am not saying it, I just read it from some others that are saying it) and the stronger ones will prevail for the future and will do very good.  Set your limits and positions, don´t take huge risk on altcoins right now.  Good luck.
