All these new support members a sign of Stake's success!

Heya everyone!

So over the past month or two, I have noticed an influx of support members joining Stake, from Dusan, Maja, Aleksandra, upgrading dose to a support role etc. (apologies if I forget any of the new support members). So with all these new team members, it can only mean that Stake is becoming more and more successful right? I mean if a business is failing, they fire staff to cut costs, and if they are growing they hire more staff to get all the work done.

So this is awesome news for Stake, especially going forward! I am super happy about this! What do you think about all the new support members? Is it a good sign for Stake's future? Let me know!

More players means more staff to handle the increase of players that are coming in.. which means expansion. hopefully.. and yes it does means the success of stake is greatly increasing.. and increasing in a very high rate.. wont be surprise if there would be another new staff member to join stake expanding family

I am also happy because chat support is doing excellent and almost no waiting time. The only thing I don't like here is that we need to wait several days to claim the forum challenge awards. Sometimes I forgot what that challenge was all about or if I did any because it takes so long. I understand it takes time because they need to check around 200 - 400 submissions and each of them must be check for not only if they are properly done according to challenge instructions, but also to to make sure there are not fake. Unfortunately dishonest and greedy people are everywhere. However now with growing number of support staff I hope this will be done much, much faster. I think 48 hours after the challenge is done is enough time for wait anything longer than that is a bit too much for me. I know it's free money so I shouldn't complain. I don't complain just hope that this process could be a bit faster. :)

The recruitment of new participants, most likely indicates that Stake has increased work and the previous number of employees is probably no longer coping. The more players Stake has, the more people must support and interact with players in solving problems and daily work.

I have noticed this as well.  When you go to Support, a few of them have a "trainee" badge that I don't ever recall seeing before.  Since the number of players here at Stake continues to grow like crazy, it only makes sense that they add more folks to help.  This only means good things for Stake and for us as players.

Stake support team very good and all nice person they halp every user and all problems solved very fast I like all support team.

Yes now day by day new users join stake so that's why more staff need for helping users

Good to know I'm not the only one to notice that. Stake has been stacking up their support systems and I gotta say theyre doing a good job! #MoreSerbiansForStake xD

That is very true, though I never really noticed any issues or delays before they started adding more staff.  I guess this just means that the support staff will be even faster to reply now, although I didn't think that was possible. 😎

tbh the fact stake manage to find support of the same quallity of the pre-existing ones shocked me cuz there so dam good and i never see customer support so good anywhere else

Some of big company have  business strategy with special unique technique, they think staff is the one of asset of the company because all human have individual talent or call gift from god that it will difficult to find the same bla bla bla bla so i mean stake very lucky to have best support as the asset .

like a company, the more employees needed means the more consumer demand for the company so that the company needs more employees, as well as stakeholders, the more users who join the stake, of course many need help support for things that are nothing is known about the stake and the owner finally adds more staff and this shows the more users who join, the more rapid the growth of the stake

Well cant really say maybe they are just internships who joined to get some experience off from stake or maybe they really could be new support members for stake and good to hear the growth.
