Is grinding 1.20 odds the secret to the 40x Welcome Bonus rollover?

I'm currently working through the massive 200% up to $2,000 welcome bonus. The 40x rollover requirement on the bonus amount is incredibly intimidating, but I noticed the minimum qualifying odds are set at a very forgiving 1.20. Is anyone else just throwing huge volume at heavy live tennis favorites to slowly chip away at the $40,000 wager requirement? I feel like doing this, instead of risking it on 2.00+ odds parlays, is the only mathematically safe way to actually survive the rollover and withdraw the bonus.
