Stake seized $7,359 — 4 contradictory ban reasons + own email admits I

I'm posting this because I have exhausted all internal channels and received no response since April 2026.

What happened:

March 19 — I tried to withdraw $7,359. KYC4 was triggered. I submitted all requested documents, including an official Bank of China transaction statement sent via their official email ([email protected]).

March 20 — [email protected] banned my account permanently, claiming "intentional submission of misleading information" per Clause 4.19.

March 31 — I complained. [email protected] CHANGED the rationale to "documentation did not meet standards" and added a new allegation of "multiple accounts or other violations."

Later — A senior agent told me my documents were "forged."

Later — Stake's own agent management told me I "never uploaded bank statements" — this directly contradicts the Bank of China's official email proving I did.

April 4 — After I expressed severe distress, [email protected] imposed self-exclusion. The email explicitly states: "you will only be able to withdraw your remaining balance (if above the minimum threshold)." This commitment has NEVER been honored.

Since April 12 — Complete silence from all Stake email addresses. Over 20 emails sent, zero responses.

I have filed:
- Formal complaint with Curaçao Gaming Authority ([email protected])
- DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) with Stake's DPO — they have acknowledged and are processing

I am not asking for sympathy. I am asking for accountability. If Stake has legitimate reasons for seizing my funds, they should provide specific evidence — which document was "misleading"? What was "forged"? Where is the evidence of "multiple accounts"? Instead, they have given four different stories and gone silent.

If anyone has experienced something similar, please share. And if you are considering depositing large amounts on Stake, please be aware that they can seize your funds at any time with no meaningful explanation or recourse.

Stake is indeed a great platform, but manual account management inevitably leads to occasional slip-ups—and the players shouldn't have to bear the consequences. As of now, it’s impossible to get in touch with online customer support, and emails go unanswered too.
