A month ago, I publicly raised concerns about the lack of transparency from the marketing team. This month, despite actively betting throughout the FIFA World Cup, I didn't receive a subscription bonus.

It's hard not to question whether speaking up had consequences. If that's the case, it sends a worrying message: should users stay silent if they want to remain eligible for bonuses?

A fair marketing system should reward activity consistently, not create the impression that criticism leads to exclusion. Transparency and equal treatment should apply to everyone.

I was about to share the link to a post I made a month ago raising concerns about the marketing team's transparency. Unfortunately, the post has been deleted—not by me. I can no longer find it on my profile.

If anyone knows Eddie's official tag, please mention him here. I'd appreciate having him take a look into this matter, as it raises serious questions about transparency and accountability.

I 💯 agree

They send email bonus but when you execute the requirements they still not eligible for the reward. If you ask the details, the marketing team decided with no prior details of information why your not eligible even if you demand transparency. This is beyond unfair without integrity in their own. They do not care what you ask for them for transparency to be clear. Otherwise they really FUCK.

I guess the reward that should be for us is they are keeping themselves. That's fucking  terrific experience. They ask you to wager and lose just for themselves. Stake is becoming a charity for their employee and themselves.

FUCK YOU MARKETING TEAM

FUCK YOU SUPPORT AI SCRIPTED REPLAY

FUCK YOU EDDIE AND EMPLOYEES
