What the hell??? I didn't get my subscription bonus

I truly don't get it,like everyone else got the email for this shit promotion for the world cup that i had 0 freaking interest in,followed the link in the email ,did my bet like it was ask and i didn't get my subscription bonus ,i go talk to live support but as usual they were useless as always,this is completely ridiculous....i did everything that i was asked ,i want my freaking subscription bonus

Did you cash out your world cup bet before the final end? This might be the problem. Or you should check all your junk mail box, sometime promotion email drop into junk box.

Nope,they say it's because i didn't bet on the right thing but how can i when i used the link that was provided, but they still can't do nothing because like i said ,they are completely useless

I normally get $100 for the sub bonus, this month I wagered over $100k, down 3k and they gave me $15 for the sub. It was an absolute waste of time.
