Fraud by stake payment provider

Stake support team,

Maine haal hi me june ke month me 1100 ka deposit kiya tha payment successfully jisme stake ne kaha maine daal diya uske baad payment bhi nhi aya or mere 1100 rupaye abhi tak nhi aye or mere sath stake ne pehli baar aisa fraud kiya mere pass payment proof hai maine bank me pta kiya phonepay aap se confirmation lii payment successfully phuch gya tha apke payment provider ke pass but unhone mere account me paisa dala hi nhi 

Isko please wapis kijiye maine bhut try Kiya nhi kuch kar paya to ab yaha apeal kr rha hu please ispe action lijiye or mera amount wapis kijiye
