One Last Request Before I Give Up

I’ve gone back and forth on whether to post this, but after weeks of trying everything I can think of, this is my last shot.

I was a Platinum VI player working toward Diamond. Like many of us, Stake wasn’t just somewhere I gambled it was where I spent years, built memories, and invested a huge amount of time.

When I lost access to my account, Do to a severe car accident that caused a bit of memory loss and my phone being lost. I accepted that recovery would be difficult. What I didn’t expect was spending weeks rebuilding my account history from almost four years ago.

I tracked down my exact old Stake BTC deposit wallet and recovered 56 verified blockchain deposits sent to that wallet, all matched with my official Shakepay records, wallet addresses, and transaction IDs. I also remembered details that only the account owner should know: a naturally triggered Razor Shark bonus from a CA$10 spin after depositing around CA$1,300, winning roughly 3,200×, playing live blackjack afterward, using the Vault, receiving a bonus on October 29, 2022, buying a CA$1,000 Barn Festival bonus, and later withdrawing exactly 0.28299856 BTC that same night.

Despite all of that, my recovery ultimately came down to three older deposits that I genuinely cannot recover because those records no longer exist for me. Those missing transactions outweighed everything else I was able to piece back together.

I’m not writing this to complain about the recovery team. Everyone I spoke with was following the process. I simply feel that, as my case moved between different agents, the complete picture of everything I’d recovered may never have been looked at all at once.

I’m not asking anyone to lower Stake’s security standards or make an exception for me. I’m only asking if someone senior could take one final look at the entire body of evidence before this chapter is closed.

If the answer is still no after that, I’ll accept it. I just don’t want to walk away wondering if weeks of work recovering 56 verified transactions and every account-specific detail I could remember never had the chance to be considered together.
